So I just checked the Sanken 'Coming Soon' section

And found this-

Don't know what that is but it's $15 USD, so perhaps Marushin has gotten too many 'broken plastic clip' complaints and has made one out of metal? Another thought would be maybe they are looking to re-create the 'ping' sound associated with real Garands upon enblock clip ejection- But it seems like they would just make it out of tin rather than mag-

I suppose we will see!......now that I have spent $80 bucks on the plastic clips!!


Sanken is a good place to check for new kit becasue they supply many of the retailers directly- For instance, for those of you waiting to replace your scratched and or beaten Tanaka Works USP,

"(Reproduction) Gas blk H&K USP HW" -Those are due out 2/14

Personally, I'm waiting a new run of P08 Luger 4" Heavy Weights, haven't seen those listed yet

And I see there was a production of the Garand supposed to have been released in December too.. I wonder if some things got changed or modified on this batch.. (see http://www.mojji.com/en/fax/fax2005-9.htm )

has anyone worked out a way to make an extended mag at all, its fun having 8 rounds, but for real gaming against 300 round high caps it would be nice to have say 20 rounds rather than just 8

no, that would require heavy modification to the gun.

yes i have been working on that mag issue, i have one plan, but i was just wondering if anyone else out there has any other ideas

as for the dude that told me to learn to aim................. u wont find a more accurate garand after all the modifications i have down to the barrel, hopup and the bb loading mech.................

No, what you would have found is this:

Indicating that Sanken has placed an order for the gun from Tanaka Works- 12 pieces to be exact and that they are due to arrive next Wednesday, so that would mean you could probably expect them to start showing up in Hong Kong in the next week and a half....give or take

Plus, it looks like Tanaka is releasing a new M10 Revolver- in Stainless? It says 'A New Work' and not 'Reproduction' and Tanaka already make a 4 inch black M10 'Victory Revolver'

Although Sanken does have some news and pictures of new stuff and products, it's best used as a guide to predict when products may start showing up in HK- Many of the HK Retailers source from Sanken, so if it is on order there, add a couple of days to their expected delivery date and then check WGC, DEN Trinity, etc.

Another good place to see the new goodies before they ship as I'm sure everybody already knows, is First Shop
