Expect the new KSC M1911 Commercial at retailers within a week or so!

woohoo!

I know, I know, to some folks out in Airsoft-land there are already enough 1911's.....but the same could be said about Armalites tongue.gif

Yet somehow, the prospect of a quality 1911 Military from KSC excites me!

... and KSC seem to have won the in the "1911 that isn't a WA" race. But how will it handle? Will people be happy with a 14 round mag? The suspense is killing me!!!!

I hope that KWA will make a metal version like they do with most KSC guns.

They havn't won yet, its a marathon not a sprint (and KJW and KWC have had 1911s out for ages), besides it might be a dodgy rushed job to be first- although they have been promising it a lot longer than TM so IMO its not likely.

Kinda depends how long TM take. I can imagine some people in the UK will rush and get the KSC simply to get a 1911 before the VCR kicks in.

Didn't Maruzen win that race years ago...?

Not to mention MGC (and probably others) beat WA by some years biggrin.gif

Cheers.

Why did you expect it to be metal? And the KWC Colt National Match... I don't think those are metal, either.

Everyone who wants a metal KSC 1911 should wait for the inevitable KWA release. It's just basic logic.

But the KWA version of the M945 was not metal, and the 1911 is in the same line as this gun. So why would the KWA version of the 1911 be metal.

There's a metal slide 945 Compact, but I agree it doesn't necessarily follow that KWA will release a metal slide version. Plus, us UK types have the VCR Bill hanging over our heads.

Actually the KWA M945 compact is plastic slide. If I'm wrong please provide a link.
