We have finally developed a GR16 gearbox that is perfectly 100% compatible with Tokyo Marui.
To celebrate this event and share this good event with our customers we are issuing a worldwide recall of all GR16 gearboxes

So anybody with a faulty GR16 should contact the store they purchased it from!

Dear Customers,

We are happy to announce that now you can buy replacement parts directly form us and pay via Pay Pal.
This service is open to anybody that needs it.
Please follow the below process:

1. Take a picture of the replacement part you need and email us

2. Once we get it we will tell you how much it will cost you

3. If you agree, we will send you an email with a link to pay pal so you can pay with VISA card OR with your own Pay Pal money (provided you have a pay pal account.)

4. Once we verify we have received the money we will send you the goods and send you an email with the tracking number.

It was never posted here i beleive, and most users don't look at the manufactures website.

Many poeple are bitching about G&G products, well now here is an oppertunity to get them replaced!

They issued the recall about 6 months ago IIRC.

You can tell if you have the new gearbox just by looking at it. If it has "G&G Armament" molded into the rear of the shell on both sides, then it's new.
If it doesn't then you've got an old shell.

I've just contacted G&G to request a replacement part for my RK104. Fingers crossed...
