PFI Toy Grenade at WGC

Anyone want to try a field test and see how well this thing works with BBs?

Seems good. however, a good, cheap, re-useable BB grenade still needs to be made.
The madbull looks promising pending on price,

They've already said thats single use though.
For us in the UK a BFG is still the cheapest option once you have the grenade wink.gif

However that looks quite cool, and would be good for clearing firebases where pyros would damage hearing smile.gif

May have to try one out sometime.

Not too keen on "reusable" things, i dont think i could be arsed trying to find it after i've thrown it lol

Guess it looks ok in theory, dont think it'd ever beat a proper pyro 'nade though tongue.gif

Indeed, thats why i'd only use it for clearing bunkers and rooms where ;

1- it would be easy to find
2- pyros would just be mean and cause damage to hearing

But the PFI grenade looks as if its made out of cheap plastic so if one where to lob it against any hard surface, it might shatter...

Anyways, I'll get a couple of these I think... huh.gif

Given the seam line, I'd say they open up down the middle and spray the BBs out from there... somewhat more multi-directional than the ESCORT grenades, but still not the ideal method...

Yeah, it looks like it.

Also it comes with 5 powder shots (the large discs), the fact that they supply the power would cause me to assume they've actually thought about it and used a safe, non toxic powder for it.

Well even if they didn't work propperly, one could always load 'em up with that nasty smelling Red Gas and use them for clearing bunkers... tongue.gif

Looks to me like you pull the pin, spoon flies off, and the powder is shot out the top. You can see the powder shot sitting on top of the cylinder looking thing in the second picture. Sure hope those powder shots can be refilled.
