Erm, dont know if i missed this, but i was browsing through WGC and they list the Tanaka Kar 98 G-Version as Sold Out. Does this mean its gone forever?

In all likelyhood they will not do another run of the G version. If I read the companies patterns correctly they seem to do a "run" of guns other than their stable items like the Kar98 and then they do not repeat them. I just sold a new G and it killed me to let it go but the price was right.

Yeah but the only version of the Kar98 i have seen is the G version(Other versions being long sold out), so it would seem they are abandoning the Kar98, or making another version

the G version is the newest version if i remember correctly, that or the mountain trooper (basically the same gun)

tanaka has a tendency to let the guns stagnent for a while before making another run of a gun, so it may be a year or so after most shops run out before more hit the market...

She stood tall and majestic. She radiated fury. She shouted: "Who has disturbed me?" But then, anger expelled, she felt the sadness beneath; she let her breath fall softly, like a sigh, like ashes floating gently on the wind.
She couldn't understand why they chose to flirt so closely with the death of the world.

Sigh i just want one eventually, and i don't want them to fall into a classic category where they start costing hugely inflated prices, espcially since my current sniper rifle plans dont include it.

that would basically mean they have to stop production of ALL their rifles, not just the kar
