EvOrAcEr
Snorkelman kindly wrote me up the exact instructions via PM. Without knowing i deleted the damn PM Could anyway jot me down the process of the "Quick" spring change please. Also note anything that can go wrong: It's my main skirmish weapon at moment, don't want me buggering it up. Thanks everyone
Sao
###### easy Remove rubber butt pad Remove screws retaining the rear sling loops See the big silver at back of gearbox? Well twist that 90 Degrees and pull it out, spring is behind that, remove spring, insert new one, replace parts, Have fun Note it's best to make sure you have de-tensioned the spring before removing the spring guide....... Sao
Just watch the cheap *albatross* philips screws star have used, they strip the heads if you even fart near them
snorkelman
dont forget to knock the top rear pin out of the receiver after you've removed the butt pad (as well as the two philips screws at bottom of the plate itself) or you'll never get the rear sling loops plate off the gun oh and ideally use the spring decompress before taking the end cap off (avoids you trying to fit a spring into a gearbox where the piston is sitting half way back in its stroke) stevie
