Hey does anyone know if this will take all the aftermarket external upgrades easily? (Such as foregrips, stocks, sight rails, replacement bodies, etc.)

Carry handle/scope rail thingy isn't compatible with anything if it's the same body as the PGB version. And I don't see why it wouldn't be.

Yeah, I went a bit crazy trying to convince a star dual optic carry handle to go on mine

So how is it internally? What is the scope like. FPS?

The scope is just a clear lensed tube, doesn't magnify at all. Can't really comment on the internals, as I have the PGB version. Though when I take apart the SL-8, I'd imagine that would be the same metal gearbox, so I can let you know then?
