This is not a new round at all.
It looks like someone has found a warehouse full of those things from about 12 years ago.
I have 2 they are totally bone, the polystyrene is a thin coat around a hard plastic shell.
The mechanism is mostly brittle plastic that becomes even more brittle when it is cold. Like when it is gassed up.
The firing mechanism is even more annoying than moscart ones and fragile too.
I will post up some photos of this soon so you know I am serious but please remember that SP was making GLs years ago and this was one of the first shells avaliable.
