Let me post again:
Our group owns couple compines. One of them are doing Camera stabilizer. A very high end product for film industry.
Couple weeks ago, we have an idea: put machine gun onto our stabilizer and we made a prototype. (photo showed below...)
Now, we have to figure out how to lower down the price....

We did this for fun....and we gonna test with the real Machine Gun late on...
I mean, if we can "stabilize" the recoil power from real machine gun, it will be a good selling point.

Simon, I would REALY suggest you rethink mounting a real m123 on that. Unless you build in some sort of hydrolic buffer that you would engage once you get the weapon in position I forsee somone getting hurt. Not to mention the INSANE amount of weight!
Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but those Steady Cam mounts have to be built specificly for the owner/user, right?

Seriously, after ten minutes, everybody else will be so f#cked off carrying all that dead weight you'll just dump it and use the gun as it was designed. Funny that.
Always standing stock upright in a perfect test range stance? In airsoft and the military I think you'll find most people are scrattin' around in the mud, crawling through trees and brambles so where does all that mechanics go, apart from in your kidneys?
Ridiculous.
