PC duster gas

Can someone tell me how to mod PC duster gas to go into a GBB. Also how do I get it and the right amount of 100% pure silicone lube into this:

I will be getting a TM 1911a1:) and want to use hfc134a but don't want to have to pay the high price for it. Basically how do I get it in that canister with the lube. I use propane know in my HFC M190 (For sale) and know how to do that.

Airsoft Innovations does an adaptor. He's had problems with his website but I believe he's back on line. As I understand it you pop the top off the duster can, put a drop (or spray) of silicone oil into the adaptor, put the adaptor on the can and go for it. I bought a propane adaptor from him and his stuff comes with good instructions.

I when to the site and found the Propane adapter but not the duster adapter?

I've emailed him a couple times before, but no answer. Problably due to site problems. But, I've read on a thread here that the duster adapter is coming soon...

You don't NEED an adaptor, though. What I do is just cut the tube that the can comes with, maybe about 1.5 an inch's worth, put that in the hole, and lightly superglue around it. If you put too much, you can't push the can down into the valve.

Works perfectly + minimal leakage. Anyone want pics of this simple 'mod'?

Ok, here's a pic. Sorry for the bad quality:

As you can see, it's just a plain old duster can. Just take the top (trigger looking) thing off, cut an inch and half's worth of the small tube the can comes with, put it in the hole, and seal the gap between the tube and the hole with a light amount of superglue. If you put too much, you won't be able to press down to fill your mags, so be careful. Wait for about an hour or so for the glue to totally dry out; the more time the better. I've filled my plastic slided gun's mags like this countless times (no "real" 134a here), so it should work for you if you do it right.

And that's it, you've got yourself a can of airsoft duster/"134a" :)

Duster gas is HFC134a, which is R-134a. It's all the same thing, but I still don't understand why the airsoft propellant needs to cost 5 times as much as duster.

So the tube fills the gun mag? I made something similar a few days ago, but the thing didn't fill the mag as well, and stuff sprayed all over the place. I didn't do the superglue thing though.

Agreed.

Yep. :) At first I also tried it without the glue, and yeah, the stuff sprayed all over the place. Just apply a small bit of superglue around the gap between the tube and the hole and make sure it's totally dry before you attempt to fill, or you may get superglue on your fingers.
