If they work as well as the james boom one, these are much cehaper. 3 of them for 76 dollars plus chinese shipping (probably less then 50 dollars each.)

Does any one have one of these or a link to any more info?

Specifically, does the timer work & how long is it? Can people feel the hit? How loud are they?

$23.72 to my doorstep in GA, so around $35 a grenade, not bad if they are worth it. Didn't Vanaras put these out before? It would definitely fit the Pro-Arms trend of rebranding Vanaras products. I couldn't find it on rsov's website though.
Ketix
As far as I know Vanaras did some grenade launcher shells made from POM. Didn't know they've ever made handgrenades.
Stuey
Very interested to see if these work alright.
Hillslam
I have a set of teh ProArms POM 40mm Grenades and they work as well as my metal ones. Better in fact than the King Arms 40mm CNC metal grenades (though thats not saying much since the KA are *suitcase*)

i wonder if the timer is reliable
it looks like that of a 360° grenade one (i don't know the correct name it think it was snickers or something similar)
but they where notorious unreliable

Same design it seems. The snicker's ones like to blow up as soon as you pop the spoon off.
Hakkon
Wasn't there some way to modify the snicker ones to last longer? I thought that you could tinker with something to make it work right.

I may have to pick up a few of these and see if I can't get something useful of these.
teflon don
i wrap teflon tape around the timing device it slows it down but its still really unreliable
Mr. Blue
Is it safe to assume this is designed for green gas?
kojak
Fingers crossed for a working timer.

The fuse on the "snicker" 360 grenade is anything from 0 seconds to ten minutes. Lots of fun.

I never saw a working fix but I'm thinking of permanently replacing the tension bolt in mine with a pipe clamp.
Hillslam
What is this snicker grenade you guys keep referring to? Is that anything like the AI Tornado?
kojak
Except for the plastic top section, it looks almost exactly like the James Boom grenade. Hopefully they cloned the gas timer.

so no-ones gotten theirs yet?
Quite anxious to order a few sets of three, but not that anxious on throwing monies away. happy.gif

is there any way to just buy one of these grenades instead of 3
i wonder how big the gas reservoir is
the snickers grenade had a small one which made a rather stupid pop instead of a "explosion"

Got some of the pro-arms 40mm grenades, gotta admit they are worth the monies, though did anyone else have problems with the amount of drill flash/debris? its causeing bb's to jam in some holes :S
Would love to see the hand nades in action, im defo ordering some when i get paid but will the spoon flip off entirely or will it still be attached to the nade when the ring is pulled?
kojak
The James Boom spoon goes flying unless you hold on to it.
