What exactly is that supposed to mean? For copyright infringement?

They probably don't want you to take pictures for the following reason...

1. Industrial Espionage
2. You're Asian and lot of the recent industrial espionage cases has involved Asians. And most likely not an American citizen.
3. Protection of industrial design and patents.
4. Items are sensitive and not really meant to be viewed by the general public.

I bet H&K is watching the airsoft industry for that exact purpose, copyright & trademark infringement and start getting all these airsoft companies to start coughing up royalties.
Perch
Hey Madbull, nice pictures!
Have you seen SAN or SwissArms?
pokethepope
That CZ looks amazing. Marui, make one now!
hitmanNo2
Yeah, the CZ pistol is quite nice, reminds me a bit of a P88. Theres still not enough area as I would like for the slide serrations IMO.

This is rule # 1 in Shotshow Attendance Rule

QUOTE (www.shotshow.com)
No photography or videotaping (except by those wearing valid SHOT Show press badges).

This has been a rule at Shot for a few years now. Mostly due to what Freq was saying (Esp #4. Lots of LE/MIL stuff the general public won't be able to buy) . Shotshow officials write down who/what if they see you taking pics and even worse if you post them on the web, and if they can piece it together who is responsible, make it difficult for those peeps to attend the following year. The exhibitors will also report peeps after getting their badge numbers if they have a no photo policy at their booth on top of the Shotshow rules.

It's funny how H&K "watches" the airsoft industry, but yet invites Gunner DVD/Arms Magazine peeps to their firing range demos. Full well knowing, because of Japanese gun laws they not gonna get a direct sale. LOL!

Did you just say the finish on the M4 was better than Classic Army? And they´re supposedly American made.... I might have to keep my eye on these guys.

1200MKII
doopydoo-That KelTec is a forward ejecting,.308 bullpup that uses FAL mags.A plus for the left hand shooters.
I do hope that CZ P-01 is available soon and from a quality company if it's a blowback.

Keltec makes great products and is a great company. I only know one person who's even had a serious problem with a Keltec product, and it was due to ammunition. He accidentally ran a very hot load of 5.56 through a PLR-16, and the thing made like a Glock and exploded. He called up Keltec and they sent him a replacement, free of charge, even though the defect was in the ammo. Now that's customer service. And you should check out their SU16-series carbines. Accurate enough to count, reliable, cheap, and durable. They're great.

Nothing can cleanse Kel-Tec of the shame incurred by the Tec-9 and it's popularity in bad action movies and among the seedier portion of America's populace.

Word. Kel-Tec had nothing to do with the Tec-9.

Jagd, just stop trying to sound like you know anything about guns. From your AR-15 bashing for which you are infamous to your Kel-Tec bashing and Tec-9 mistake in this thread to your ramblings in the "Own Firearms?" thread, you don't seem like a very knowledgeable person when it comes to firearms. You're learning, but you're not quite there yet.

In addition to all this serious business.

Big Trouble in Little China is a great flick.

And I love Tec-9's wink.gif

cheers, hbc.
hitmanNo2
They seem a bit of a pointless weapon IMO. They can only surely appeal to criminals who want a cheap auto weapon (not saying your such a person though hbc tongue.gif ) . I guess they have some sort of cult status due to Big Trouble In Little China amongst other films.
hardboiledcop
My first ever toy gun was also a Tec-9, one of those guns that goes 'ratatatat..' when you pull the trigger biggrin.gif

Perhaps the same could be said of all budget firearms..
doopydoo
So then this KelTec bullpup thingy, is it supposed to be military? Like, US military, since KelTec is an american company? It looks like a very militaryesque rifle. I would love it if they got rid of the M16s and M4s for that thing. It looks so much better, and it's a bullpup which is an automatic +1.

If it's civilian, or will have a civilian version, anyone know how much it will cost? Perhaps when I get old enough, these things will be availible to the public.

EDIT: More stuff: http://boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=52625929
Jagdraben
The rifle could very possibly be capable of fully-automatic fire and/or intended for Mil/LE. That doesn't mean that it's intended to replace the M4/M16 (which it won't). There will, however, be a civilian version, I'm sure, because I doubt that Mil/LE sales will be very high.

o rly?

The designer of the Tec-9 founded Kel-Tec (George Kelgren). The very name of the company pays homage to the Tec-9, being nothing but the first syllable of his last name spliced with the first syllable of the handgun that is so infamous.

My expertise is military and LE firearms. Not civil firearms.

In any case, if no Marine I know chooses to trust the lives of their family to an AR-15 or variant thereof, then I daresay that that means, in and of itself, that the AR-15 is ######.

UTG's guns are NOT made in the US.
UTG is Leaper's brand name that they slap on all their airsoft related products. ALL of UTG's guns are made in China or Taiwan and are re-branded just like Evike, Palco, Tippmann, and everyone else does.

Speaking of ripped-off designs, that Kel-Tec looks very much like an updated Bushmaster M17s.
