"6mm LONE HUNTERS"
I have a few hobbies, music being my main hobby, airsoft second. This DVD was alot of fun for me because it had a really well placed soundtrack from some great artists,(Aphex track was perfect!) and the participants had some really great equipment. I like how they list what they are using, including the types of Ghillie suits. Throughout the 30 hour game, the participants stop to reflect on how things are going for them, and guessing how they are scoring in comparison to other players. Its interesting to see how long gameplay can effect a person's morale and cause them to make mistakes they would not make in a "regular" skirmish.
The area of UK this game took place is just stunning. UK's wilderness is just spectacular. This lush green forestry provides excellent cover, and surely makes this kind of game far more challenging and fun. I recommend this DVD to those that have an appreciation for modern music and "intelligent" airsoft gaming. I know i'll be setting up "hunteering" matches with friends here in New York. Thanks to the 6mm Hunters crew for sharing their hobby. It will definitely inspire many others!! |
