Positive aspects of the product (pros): Good service, Fast shipping, Flat rate shipping
Negative aspects of the product (cons): Dont have some proudcts that are very pouplar

I have been ordering from airsoft atlanta for some years now. I have placed too many orders to count and have been pleased with everyone.

The website:
The wedsite is a decent layout but some features that would be nice to have come to mind immedatley like a search button. Also a more in depth description of the proudcts they offer. They have a reviews section that is nice but is seldom updated, making it somewhat usless.

The proudct seclection:
Airsoft Atlanta has a very good proudct sclection bvut is not the best I have seen. Other USA based sites have a better sclection like www.airsplat.com. One of the things that they have a great sclection of is the upgrades. Both internal and external. They also have a good range of Tac gear but they carry no blackhawk vests which is a let down. They have a new repair department that looks promising. The prices are not that cheap, but if you dont want to touch your gun this should be worth it!

Shipping:
One of the main reasons why i buy from airsoft stlanta is the flat rate shipping. It used to be 5.00 but now it has been jacked up to 8.00. That is still a small fee considering some places charge 12.99 to ship a bottle of green gas. The shipping is also not the cheap kind it gets to my house in 3 days and I live in Pa!

Conclusion:
I think Airsoft Atlanta is a great retailer and is worth checking out. They have great prices fast shipping, and almost anything you want. They now even have a repair department!

A special thanks goes out to R22master and Arnie for helping me out on editing this post! Wink

Positive aspects of the product (pros): great selection, great service
Negative aspects of the product (cons): Most of their guns have price tags which are a bit more expensive than other places online

Ok so ever since i was introduced to airsoft i have gone to Airsoft Atlanta which is the closest airsoft retailer to me. I have made several purchases from AA all of them have been where i drive there and buy them so i do not know much about what the shipping is like but you've probably read the review above right?
ok on with the review

I have made three gun purchases here: HFC Super 9, (yes i know im an idiot i still have to sell it) KWA M93r, and a TM Aug. All of my team mates have made allmost all of their airsoft-related purchases here and we have all had great service. so 10/10 for them in that department.
As for the store itself. It is fairly small but they have a wide variety of guns and gear. The only draw back for me is that the prices here are $20-$50 (USD) more expensive than other places but i guess thats the price of having a retailer 20 minutes from your house :D Also they

The guys that work there are pretty cool too, i've skirmished with a few of them before. They leave the AEG case open if you ask them and let you hold everything :D

I'll be going here for most of my future airsoft needs.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): very close, to me at least, very good customer service at the store
Negative aspects of the product (cons): not the biggest selection, slightly expensive

Ive been playing airsoft since i was 10, so not really that long, but this is the only dealer i trust. They have a very nice staff, always helpful. I usually end up going there maybe 3 times a month, and just looking around for an hour. They do have expensive price tags on certain items, but i would rather pay the extra 20$ to have my gun the day i buy it, then a week or two. Also very nice selection of upgrades, and i believe they do upgrades to your gun for a small fee.

Overall the only vendor i buy from.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): The staff is very helpful when you ask for it (they dont seek you out) and very informative and helpful to new players and pros alike. They definitely know what they are talking about, and any technical advice you recieve from them will be stellar.
Negative aspects of the product (cons): The prices are higher than most retailers (WGC shop sells a MP5 PDW for $180 and AA sells it for 300+) and some of the staff can be prone to slip ups in ordering (a friend of mine had his PSG1 upgraded and the guy ordered APS2 parts)

Airsoft Atlanta is the one and only airsoft-only retailer in the Atlanta area.

GETTING THERE-
When I first went to Airsoft Atlanta, I followed the directions to the letter, and when i got to the adress, i couldnt find the place. They have a little shingle out in front saying "airsoft atlanta" but no immediately obvious STORE! I drove in and parked, and then found the store. Airsoft Atlanta is a little out of the way, but once you get into the parking lot, you can easily see the store

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

When i walked in, the first thing i noticed was a bunch of Inertia bb posters, Tokoyo Mauri product guides, and gumball machines. When you walk into the store, the AEG cabinets are on the left, grenades tac lights and a mannequin are straight ahead, and the tac gear, springers, gas guns and check out are to your right. The AEG cabinet displays a multitude of guns from many different manufacturers, and has several sniper rifles and shotguns in it too. To my surprise, a pyramid of UTG shotgun cases lay near the tac light display case. Airsoft Atlant sells a lot of these. AA is also a retailer of surefire lights, and displays them prominently in a glass case. Next to that is the full line of Madbull grenades, and several models of grenade launchers. Moving on to the center of the store is a large case of springer pistols that every one in the store loves to click and play with. Next along the wall is AA's line of Maxpedition, Black Hawk, Damascus, Tac Force, and UTG tactical gear. They also have a nice selction of Camelbaks. Past that is the gas gun display cases, with the likes of KWA, Western Arms, WE and TM guns. Behind the display cases of gas guns are upgrade parts and spare magazines. Turning right, youll notice a massive M82A1 Barrett rifle the staff made, and the checkout.
Overall, I like AA's layout. They can display a load of products without it feeling cramped, although the store can get a little chaotic when lots of people are there (almost every day :D )

THE STAFF

Overall, I am very impressed with the staff at Airsoft Atlanta. Some of them are a little ADD and a couple are very boisterous, but that is a + in my book. Anyway, the staff is very knowledgable about the performance, quality of build and reliablilty of every single gun in their store. They are a little prone to suggesting TM guns as a reflex to a new player, and love to put TM up on a pedastal, but are not so hard headed they wont reccomend anything else. The staff is pleasent and amiable, and they love to unlock the case and play around with the guns and show you all the bits and knobs and extras they have. Also, i found the staff to be very trusting and rewarding of consitent customers. HUGE TRUST was involved one time when i was going up to Athens Airsoft for the weekend. Ryan, a staff member at airsoft atlanta, caught word of this and asked me to do him a favor. Deliver 2 madbull grenades (a $100+ dollar value) to a friend of his up there. He gave me a bag of Excells for the job, and i called him back when the grenades got delivered. Also, although this is a sort of secret, if you spend over $500-600 USD at AA, they put you on a preffered customer list and will do any non-upgrade work for free, not chargin you labor, but you still have to pay for parts.

UPGRADES AND REPAIRS

Airsof Atlanta is kinda of hit or miss when it comes to upgrades, but ive found their repairs to be quite solid. As mentioned above, they have a black mark in my book for screwing up my friends PSG1, but several M4s on my squad have enjoyed nice upgrades from them, along with a very high powered AK47. My M14 broke once, and they fixed that with no labor charges and the parts they somehow got free from G&G. Very nice of them to do an expensive repair for free!

OVERALL

Overall, despite a few niggles with the upgrade service and some items that are pricey-er than needed be, i love airsoft atlanta and will continue to buy from them in the future.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great Selection of Upgrades
Negative aspects of the product (cons): Site needs organization, lacks detailed descriptions, over priced Marui guns

First Impression: I first found airsoft atlanta after doing some buying from airsplat as a noob and was completely awed since I'd not seen any 'real' airsoft guns before.

Sifting through: The site is very impressive, but after awhile you start to miss nice easy set ups like airsplat or trinity. Product Descriptions only give you information you could probaly get from reading the product box.

Inventory: They have a huge inventory with all sorts of items. However, there selection of actual guns is a little disapointing which is why I only come here for parts trinity airsoft has since I have moved up to AEGs and trinity is the place to go for AEG parts.

Service: All three of the orders I have placed with them have come through with no hassle only downside being I'm in AZ, so shipping is about a week. Other than that, they're really nothing special here, just the service you'd expect, nothing more or less.

Overall: I'd reccomend this place only to newer people over airsplat since they have similar products, but airsoft atlanta is more reliable. For more advanced players I'd reccomend trinityairsoft OVER airsoft G.I. since airsoft GI can be iffy with service too.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Low prices, Great customer service reps, very curtious, nice store
Negative aspects of the product (cons): Limited Selection, Most products are geared towards low end users, Often out of stock

I like AA as they have very low prices on the items I've bought from them and being the first Airsoft store I went to in person I still think they have one of the nicest storefronts and setups I've ever seen. The only thing I've always disliked about Airsoft Atlanta though was the fact most of their products are geared towards a lower end user, most of their products being either MPEG, LPEGS, and springers. I wish they sold more of the high end AEG's and gas guns as they would probably be the stateside dealer (along with AEX) that I would buy most AEG's from. I would also note their one of the few stateside dealers whose guns, TM that is, all have intact trades. I dont know if that's still the case as I haven't ordered from them in about 3 years but they were where I bought most of my TM guns in the past from.
