I recently ordered the new Classic Army G36 from Airsot Arms. While it wasn't in stock I was able to contact a sales representative and find out when the gun was going to arrive from Hong Kong. This impressed me because most other companies that I deal with won't even respond to emails that are in direct coralation with my sale; and if they do they are short and uninformational.
The only major problem with Airsoft Arms is that they do not carry enough guns, batteries, bb's and so on to always fit your needs.
The main advatage to Airsoft arms, are the cheap prices and the fast shipping if the product is in stock.

Airsoft Arms is a local shop (that is if you live in the central Ohio or Cincinatti area) that is always teaming with people. The staff there is very knowlageable, considerate, and will answer all your questions about a specific product. They are easy to contact, and speak to.

I spent $450 on a CA M4 RIS, battery, and charger, + tax at Airsoft Arms, and I would recommend them 100%. They have some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with, hands down. They ship your order out fast, and they have fair prices on everything in stock.
