If you're after a strong recoil set and don't want to go the real steel way. This is the set to get. It is suited for both the 6" and 5" infinities but of course the 1911 and the whole range can take advantage of this. As long as your recoil guide has the same diameter and the pistol is 5"+.
I have all the sets. Guarder, Proud, Nine Ball, and now this. Finding the strongest recoil spring while not going real steel is my purpose in life (sad isn't it). I was half under the myth of how a WA can't handle green gas and thought a strong recoil spring would probably lessen the back stroke impact. While of course I was too naive to notice that it'd also increase the stress for the forward stroke, on the hopup slide stop hole, between the chamber and the breech, and the impact of nozzle on the mag's feeding lips.
And I've ignore that. I can safely say I am still ignoring the forward stroke because I maxxed out my SVI 6" already. So for an upgraded gun, I can live with ignoring the parts breaking for a while.
And to my surprise it hasn't break yet for 2 months of continuous shooting with the nine ball set. This King Arms set however, is what I am looking for.
It's quick, nice quality, and finally I can't see the slide going forward during shots.
Releasing the slide stop at the safe zone also makes a louder "clack" (my slide rarely lock during games but I like to walk with slide locked after the last round). Which people came ask me what upgrade I did to it. Bragging right is priceless.
*SVI's do not make a chink sound as the HFC M9 or the Metal Glocks no matter what, only the real steel does*
The hammer spring is identical to the guarder set in strength. But I never need to use it.
So this 150% is definitely NOT Guarder's 150% and you can safely ignore the percentages. If percentages make sense I wouldn't have to get all the sets to get here.
So if you're after the uber quick double taps, get this set. The best yet.
