This is the nozzle set for WA SCW2 GBB's. There're others on the market such as PGC, Guarder (avoid this like a plagued rat with STD's), and of course WA original set
I guess the "POM" on the description is the material made. This nozzle is harder then the WA factory nozzle and yet not more brittle. So an occasional double feed will not break it. It's solidly built, comes with the whole set that works. There's no mis-cut, and the trough for the piston head pin is perfectly casted which makes pin insertion a joy. No hammer required.
The weight of this unit is comparable to the factory part so there's no worry that it'll be heavier or lighter and affect your blowback time, or feel. The o-ring on the piston is NOT included so don't lose yours. The o-ring does fit perfectly and has not once sliped out.
A very very nice touch this set offers is the longer nozzle spring guide casted in in the breech cap unit. If you have ever opened up an SCW2 piston (say for beefing up the floating valve, similar to the glock's rocket valves), you'll know what a b*tch it is to fit the nozzle spring back in AND NOT breaking it in the process. AI offers a nice tutorial on how to do it like a pro: http://www.airsoft-innovations.com/vids/fr_scw_lg.mov
However, most of us are not pros when it comes to those damn nozzle springs. WA's factory breech cap has no nipples to secure the spring and you must do it like in the video. Imagine fitting an AEG spring with NO spring guide, that's how it is. Shooters Design however has a guide, so all it took was to insert the spring neatly on the nipple, slightly compress it back in and click, done.
So how did I manage to take the picture up there? They break easy right? NO. I bought an extra pack because they are so good and these things, along with the hopup rubber are consumables. They're the part that most likely will break first under normal usage. And I am so happy with it, I bought 3. I know it sounds insane, but those of you who can't find a replacement nozzle for the G19 will know the feeling.
I gave it a 10 because it gets the job done, and exceeded WA's quality for a nozzle. With the loving touch of casting a spring guide on the cap. Good job!
