Negative aspects of the product (cons):

none really!!!!

I've dealt with AA a good few times and they have been excellent every time.
postage[B]
their postage is great, items over £100 are sent free by courier and items under £100 cost around £5 by courier. The items are usually sent out from 1-3 days after the order is placed (i've had an order reach me in less than 24 hours!!!)
[B]prices
their prices are some of the cheapest i've seen and they frequently have special offers (a few moths ago, kwa uspcs were £50 each!!!)
customer service
Their customer service is also excellent, my uspc had a faulty hop rubber, so they are replaceing that free of charge soon. On another purchase (for a kwa m11) they had a bad batch and they hadn't sent my item after a few days (something to do with their new online system having problems) so i rang them up and they gave me an extra m11 for the trouble!!!! i've never heard of another retailer caring so much about their customers. When you ring them up, they are always nice, friendly and helpful.
product range
their product range is fairly large (with only a few items they don't stock, because they have previously had problems with, which is fair enough) and just so people know, they DO stock ICS mp5s but they are called AA mp5s (they have metal bushes already fitted as well, and are about £20 cheaper than most shops sell standard ICS mp5s for!!!) they stock a wide variety of guns, ammo, tacical wear and more...
overall
i've been really happy with this retailer and recommend them to absolutely every airsofter, they offer great prices, a 12 month warranty, excellent customer service, cheap postage and more!!!
a well deserved 10/10 for AA

I went to the shop as oppose to ordering online and all i can say is wow. They have guns on two walls, a small techie place, gear and 2-3 pistol cabinets. I hadnt been looking more than 5 mins before a bloke came over to tell me everything i needed to know. He also let me fire my rifle and chronoed it on the range. The shop is also pretty easy to find. Great Guys

I've been the Airsoft Armoury 3 (Cannock Branch) 3 times since it was opened. The first was to find where it was and to have a scan around at the stock. The second was to purcahse my TM M4, the third was for mags and gas, but i ended up buying a WA Wilson Combat Professional. On this occasion i was looking at the 1911's in the pistol cabinet and was considering buying one. One of the guys bought out the only two that he had in stock at that time. I was impressed wit the quality of the WA and bought it instead of mags and gas.
I have also dealt with the guys over the phone before the Cannock branch opened, and ordered twice online. Each time i have recieved my items nextday.
I would personally recommend these guys. Top notch.

Every airsoft shop should be bigger!

Only ever been to the Little Chalfont branch once, but was impressed with the great variety of stock they had in the store. Front of store was packed with a new delivery at the time I was passing through. Nice to see a healthy stock in an airsoft stock, so as when you go to the trouble of calling in you can buy what you want.
I myself purchased a KWA G19, had about 60 in stock at the time!! Very popular gun. Had a look and feel of some of the guns, doesnt feel like ur being constantly watched like other airsoft stores I have been into.
Although the price of this particular item was very good, I tend to shop abroad for my stuff. Also, there are no airsoft shops near me and I feel a greater range is provided elsewhere. None the less, a great store to visit.

Can be a bit 'clannish' in the shop
|
|
These guys really have their ear to the ground. I was discussing on a forum what gun I wanted, and when I went into the shop to ask which guns to look at, they knew who I was
They had absolutely no problem letting me look at the various guns, even letting me try them out for size in the bag I was hoping to transport it in. Gave me great advice and I felt they were really welcoming me to the hobby.
Since then, I have ordered many things from A2, all without much fuss. Got a bit confusing when they told me a product (2-line crane stock battery) wouldnt suit my requirements, but it did what I needed perfectly.
As said earlier, if these guys wouldnt use it in the field because of quality issues, they wont sell it. They really care about their business and their customers.
Honest too...I was looking at getting a KSC M11 and was advised that they really were warm-weather guns only. I ignored that advice, bought it from elsewhere, only to find that they were right!
A friend bought a HFC Dark Hawk and after 2 games it started having slide problems. A trip to A2, and they replaced the slide without any fuss whatsoever - absolutely cracking service.
Only minor downside is that when you visit the Cannock branch, it can sometimes feel like you are an alien when they have more regular customers in. Im sure this isnt intentional, just their way, so it really is the most minor of issues. Oh, and the price for some upgrades (~£70 for a barrel replacement for my mate) are a bit steep.

To put it simply, i ordered my KWA Glock 19 yesterday (at about 12) and at about 11am today my doorbell rang and a guy was standing there with a package for me!
Postage cost was about £8.50, which is very good considering it was an overnight courier.
As far as customer servies go i don't know as i didnt need to ring or contact them in any way.
Overall i would highly recommend them, they made my first ever GBB purchase a breeze!

Ordered a Tokyo Marui M14 Socom yesterday at about 9pm, website said they were in stock, got an email this morning saying that they were out of stock and they had no idea how I ordered the gun :P
Rang up their customer services, very friendly and helpful people there, let me pre-order a M14 Socom from the next batch :D
Only flaw was that website business but otherwise they are flawless

the Little Chalfont branch has some of the most helpful people ive met, you enter the shop and they will help you decide which gun with honest opinions. They have racks of guns on the walls which you are free to pick up and feel, except for the more expensive ones, which is understandable.
the prices a little bit too high, but apart from that i don't think i will ever need another retailer again.
cannot recommend them more.
