Positive aspects of the product (pros): crazy rof, can take green gas, high metal content
Cons: hard to sling/holster, jams regulary, eats silicon oil

I was never a fan of the M11 in terms of looks, and I never really wanted one. But I got an offer to trade for my UTG shotgun I was ecstatic and snatched it up immediately.

First Impressions

When I got this gun I was suprised at the size of it. It is not much larger that a desert eagle. It was not in the best of shape. There were a few scratches on the body and the folding stock was pretty banged up. It did not come with a box or manuals (waiting for the latter). When I picked up the gun I immediately noticed the weight, it was a very heavy piece. The stock pulls out in a two step process 1)Pinch shoulder rest inward 2) Push button on bottom of gun and pull. Shouldering the gun is not the most natural position if you are lanky and 6 foot due to the short stock. This rendered the iron sights pretty much useless, but who wants to use iron sights on a Mac anyway .

Shooting
After I gassed up the mag with my trusty green gas, I loaded it up with the bb's. This can get tricky even with the special loading tool for the Mac, because if you don’t have them in a PERFECT double stack when it reaches that imperfection the bb's have a nasty habit of all coming out the breech. Note: Make sure the bolt is cocked before inserting the mag. It will damage the bolt and the mag if done excessively.I then inserted the mag and was ready to shoot. I set the gun to semi to see what it could do and it zinged the .2's across my yard. This gun has reasonable on semi, its not too great, but that nothing a enhanced recoil spring cant fix. The bb's have a nasty habit of curving, so I only recommend .25's and higher in this gun. Then I switched into full auto and emptied the mag in a quick burst. This was the best part of the gun. It also makes it very expensive in the bb department. Cool down is hardly present in this gun and had enough gas for 1.5-2 mags left. When I filled up the gun again I missed the imperfection in the loading and half way through my mag it jammed. This was no big problem as you just pull the bolt back and tilt it sideways. To remedy most problems with this gun a good dose of silicon oil helps, this gun eats it like its going out of style

Upgrades
This gun is not as upgradeable as some other guns *cough1911cough* but still has a reasonable amount of aftermarket parts. Some things you can get are:
Metal uppers
Metal lowers
Ris rails
Silencers
Metal bolts (for ksc version0
Enhanced recoil springs
High flow valves

As you can see this gun has a good variety of aftermarket parts, but is no 1911 in this department.

Conclusion
In my opinion this is a very sturdy, and well built replica. Mind you it in not with out its flaws. If you are looking for a good SMG this is probably for you. I have never had this much fun with an airsoft gun before . If you are new to the sport I would not recommend this as it is a very high matience gun. If you are set on this gun just make sure there is a shop near you that can repair it. I give it an 8 out of 10 due to its high maintaince and jamming issues.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): great rate of fire, good power
Cons: jams often, inaccurate,

The m11 was my first gun, it has a great rate of fire and has good power, however its unaccurate and jams often.
I used the m11 as a primary (with 3 seconds of fire per mag) its speed hinders its ablity to be primary.
if you buy this gun you will need a lot of silcon lube....
the mag needs alot of green gas

I bought alot of mags (5) and a full metal handel (with full markings)

overall this gun is not worth the money i recomend buying a accurate GBB, even if its semi it will work better then a m11.

DO NOT BUY THIS GUN

Positive aspects of the product (pros): compact with a lot of fear-inducing fire power
Cons: First time airsofters shouldn't even consider this gun

This is a great gun in the right hands. I won't go into much technical detail as so much has been covered on this piece and there really isn't much I can add to the wealth of information already accessible on the 'net, but I do intend to give my experience with the gun, and some tips to current and prospective owners.

First off this gun needs pure silicon oil, and a LOT of it. There exists no GBB replica that uses more oil than this. Luckily the stuff can be had for cheap and applying it is quick and easy. Just a few drops in the top and sides of the bolt and one or two where the inside of the bolt/feeding nozzle meets the outer barrel assembly/hop-up chamber should do it. It should be lubricated before each game, and disassembled and cleaned (then re-lubed) every once in a while, depending on use.

High Quality bb's are a must, usuallly if it's lubricated properly and still shooting poorly (or barely at all) then you should seriously consider buying better, possibly heaver bbs before trying anything else.

If you can, install 1/4" soft foam buffers where the bolt strikes the front and rear of the inside of the receiver. This only takes a few minutes if you know what you're doing and increases both the longevity of the bolt assembly and the gun's actual ROF (if only by a small percent through shortening the travel distance of the bolt slightly) and is a great, very inexpensive do-it-yourself upgrade for this gun.

Lastly, over time the feeding lips on the magazines tend to wear down a bit (the magazines produced more recently seem a bit better built in this regard) so you may want to consider using a large clamp (like a vice or large pliers) and two pieces of wood (to protect the magazines from external damage) to tighten the feeding lips down once in a long while or so. The top of the magazine really isn't well designed, and in my opinion is the single largest weakness in the whole design.

Despite all the quirks and hassles, I still think this is one of the best deals in airsoft (just look at the price of the magazines!) and it makes a great cqb weapon or companion to longer-ranged guns like a sniper rifle or a Marui Socom. Still, though, not for newcomers.

Don't look conspicuous-it draws fire.
