I was in the market for some new gogles and I found botach. They had the best prices on the ESS Tatical SC Gogles. I diecide to order from the and see how they were.

The website
The website is incredibly hard to navigate. They have things by manufactuer and category. Needles to say this list is very long and hard on the eyes.

Ordering
Ordering was very esay. They have dirt cheap shipping(for a reason). I got my confirmation email in 5 minutes and I was good to go. This was on a thursday.

shipping
As Havoc kindly stated they ship like ****************** (very long definatly not pg-13 phrase). I went back and checked my email on the following thursday and my package still had not shipped. Once again after talking to Havoc I decided to cancle my order

Coustomer Service
This is the straw that broke the camel's back. It is horrible. I called thier store and I was greeted be a lovely "what do ya want." A great first impression. I asked the lady if they even had my gogles in stock. And lo and behold they didnt and couldn't see getting them in the near future. Then I said I would like to cancle an orer and the lady couldn't have had a worse additude. The employes definatly dont want to be there.

Conclusion
I am not shopping at Botach ever again. They have horible coustomes service and don't have items intock. I would say if you heve to despreatly order from them call first. But dont expect a warn welcome.

Well, I saw on their website they had a deal going on 5.11 kit. I'd wanted a pair of 5.11 trousers for a while, so now was my chance.

The deal was order any pair of 5.11 trousers and get a free digital desert pair of the same size. I made the order on the 30th of January. I waited two days before I get an email saying "Your order will be shipped in 4-7 days". Seven days later, on Feb. 6 my order shipped, and it got here on Feb. 10.

When I opened the package, sure enough there were two pairs of trousers. The khaki pair I'd ordered were my size, but the free desert pair were a size too small on waist and leg. At this point, I'd much rather resell them privately than return them to Botac, because I'm not sure I'd ever hear from them again if I did.

So, having had my experience with them, I'd say, if you see a good deal, pass it up and go somewhere else. The discounted prices aren't worth the wait and possible incorrect orders. Smile

Positive aspects of the product (pros):	There are no positives apart from the initial catchy prices.
Negative aspects of the product (cons):	Poor stock availability, no after purchase order info, poor cust serv etc etc.

This vendor has to be THE worst retailer that I have used in the US.
Towards the end of 2004 I wanted to buy a Safariland 6004 holster, a left handed holster, plus a few bits & bobs totalling to around $150.
I placed my order and paid via paypal plus the postage, got an email confirmation, and all was good.
Basically I had to phone them after a couple of weeks with them telling me it was a special order at the factory(being left handed)so it would take longer. Ok, but you could have told me!
This went onto a month, month and a half and still nothing and/or updates. I made regular phone calls and emails with most getting no response, probably about 95% of the time.
When I did speak to someone they simply did not have a clue what was going on with my order, indeed on several occasions I was cut off while on hold!
There was one particular time that I spoke to a lady, and I use this term loosely, who was extremely obnoxious and had the gall to 'speak' to me while stuffing food into her face!
I was furious.
Anyway, I obviously cancelled the order at some point, can't remember when, and they said fine. I said I wanted the money back as paid i.e. Paypal back to my debit card. "We don't do paypal anymore", was the response. So, I said refund directly to my credit card or debit card but do NOT refund as an international/US cheque.
So what happens, after another month and several threats of varying degrees of legal action I get a US dollar cheque sent to me in the UK.

In total about 3 months wasted.

Under no circumstances buy from this company! They have good prices on the surface to draw you in but every other facet of the company is thoroughly shocking and despicable.
You have been warned.

As stated by other reviewers Botach's customer service is bad to non existent. Over the last few years I've placed about 7 order total, but have only received shipment on 2-3 of them. Mostly due to the fact they have no stock and do not inform you of this.

Another interesting fact. In Nov 2005, a locl Los Angeles Police Department gave me a call. Turns out they arrested a woman who had a bunch of Botach Sales Orders with peoples full credit card numbers, expiration dates and ccv's.

I waited until I had all the information and the Police Dept was over with their investigation to contact Botach with these facts. A few months ago I sent them the information on this criminal activity and guess what... Haven't heard anything from them on this issue either... Go figure...

So even though their advertised prices are good, beware.. If anything for the frustration factor.

Ok a while ago i was searching around for an M3x and i found it on botach for only 100 dollars! everywhere else it was at least 150+ there prices may be great but do not buy from here! there shipping takes ridiculously long, horrible customer service, they dont even reply to my emails, etc. i think i got lucky and my M3X actualy got to my doorstep and actualy worked.
