Well where do i start. Ive dealt with them many many times. They are also the runners of Free Fire Zone and Urbanassault. Smile!

Postage

Their postage is very good indeed. Free if you spend over �50, if your in the UK mainland and postage is �5 if you spend under �50. The items are usually sent 1-3 days after you've ordered. I myself have actually have had some items reach me the next morning (dont ask me how though i didnt pay for next day delievery).

Prices

"Cheapest prices in the UK" Quote from their front page. Which i can tell you is true if you consider P&P.

Customer Service

Their customer service is also very good, always very helpful and eager to do so. Very friendly and are full of advice and tips. If something is out of stock you can email them and they'll tell you when it should be back in and can bring it to a skirmish day if you'd like.

Product Range

Good range of guns, add ons and custom parts. As well as a few bits and bobs of clothing etc.

Overall

Well i cant fault them great prices, range and overall service to match. Easy no other result then 10/10.

I specifically used this company as they were the only ones worldwide that at the time were stocking the Guarder MP5 Tactical Handguard and Light, which apart from paying for a RS version, is the next best thing.

I also ordered something else from them, it eludes me at this point in time what it was. Although it was out of stock I was kept updated constantly of any news on the product and when it was in stock, arrived promtly to my front door!!

An amazing company, great customer serice and some prices on par with HK!!!

This companies delivery is top notch. All my items arrived quickly and were packaged well.
Prices were very good compared with competitors and there is a very extensive product range.

Website is very easy to use much better than wolf airsoft where it all looks nice but lacks functionality.

Overall everything is excellent
I give them a 10/10

I use them and so should you!!!!

I haven't received my order just yet, as I ordered by cheque. However, prices are good, if not excellent - shipping over �50 is free and I'm happy. I somehow managed to have 3 orders in my name, I asked those to be cancelled; which was promptly done and I was emailed to notify me and they are now handling my order. I expect my gun inside the next 4 days, I'm hoping the next 1-2, but I'm not fussed. All depends when my cheque was cashed and if it's cleared.

Okay, so I got my weapon approx. a weekish after order (cheque, remember). I'm happy enough with that. Weapon is good, had some teething problems, they were helpful enough on phone. Can't fault them at this stage. Order..

Purchased some minor parts. Got a call asking if I really wanted a Marui nozzle for my M15a2, as the Guarder one was better because it has an internal seal. So they actually looked at my order and suggested something better rather than just seeing me as a � figure. Very impressive.

Id have bought my M15a2 from them if not for HK stores as they had the best prices and free shipping. Cheapest store I found in the UK for sure.

i purcased a tanaka m700 with the wooden stock aswell as a hi-capa 4.3 both guns are perfect. i bought loads of other bits and pieces. they did me a great deal on the lot and as these are my first guns they explaned everything and more that i needed to know. should check these out before going anywhere else first

Cheapest stuff in the UK for airsoft weapons, always kept me updated to my order if something was out of stock. If alternative part better it is recommended.

The only slight problem (which turned out to be no problem at all) was that the website burped and I ended up ordering 2 x M15a4's. I sent them a quick e-mail but they had already picked up the mistake.

I have ordered a lot from them and would not hesitate to reccommend them, your money is safe with these people.

I've ordered a few bits from these guys, as well as popping in to get some stuff.

had a problem with a RDS, popped in on a friday after work, they checked out the problem I was having, checked other stock for the same fault and recommended me a similarly priced aimpoint.

Can't praise this store enough, great selection of products, know a lot about what they sell (had a discussion on the phone with them about a metal barrel for my M79) and pretty decent prices. If they kept a bit more stock on the popular items they would be ideal.
