Description: There comes a time when everyone needs a flashlight. There are many to choose from, however the best is simply a surefire light. It really does put most other lights to shame.
Keywords: The bestest flashlight.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Milspec standards, small, powerful.
Cons: the batteries

I work at my local EMS, I'm a service provider. One of the things that you're required to have is a flashlight. Yea, I did already have one, however it was a weak LED light and generally sucked. I had been meaning to get one for airsofting, so I figured that this was the perfect excuse to get a good decent light. One day while in a libary with friends, I came across a article in Popular Science about a new surefire light. After reading the article I knew that I must simply have this light...

So the next chance I got I purchased the light. It was rather expensive, at cost of over $100. I immediatly noticed how small the light was. It wasn't heavy either, so I was starting to feel alittle foolish for spending so much on a small light. However after examining the light, I was really quite pleased with the light.

Functions/features of the light-
-Milspec Standards.
-Matt Black, clean apperance.
-Its got a 60 lumen Xenon light, which makes it ulta bright.
-4xs more powerful than your average 4-D-Cell maglight.
-Law enforcement type on/off switch (located in the tail).
-Aero grade Aluminum construction.
-Shrowed tip/strike bezel- this can be used as a last ditch defensive weapon, that is if you know how to use a kubuton. Plus it's quiet menacing looking, when put on a gun.
-Tail lock out to ensure no accidental turning on of the light.
-Batteries have a 10 year shelf light.
-Tons of fun add ons, light filters, etc.

Cons-
-Only has a 75 minute continues light output.
-Batteries aren't cheap either, its cheapest to by them in mass from the parent site.

Overall-
An excellent light. Though some what expensive compared to the other surefire lights, this one will probally last you a life time. This is a sound investment for emergency personal as well as airsofters.

A personal word--
Be very careful with this light, you may not want to use it for airsofting, for it can blind your enemy (he/she may not like that). Also the tip can get rather hot, so be careful with that. I accidently blinded my self with it when i was checking it out in the store.
