I bought a few things from this vendor, including the very hard to get Bolle Shellmet helmet I use. Thier service was excellent and very professional and the delivery was fast. Thier selection of custom guns is also tasty!

Good shopping with them.

UNCompany is another good HK retailer that ships worldwide. Customer communications are quick, Interenational shipping is on par with other HK retailers and prices are always decent.

The downside for me is the website shows too much information. there's 2 "Hot News" sections, 2 "Special Offers" sections. A "Product Updates" section (Which is their "New Products" section)that lists 40 of the latest items. And a bunch of other info.. "back in stock" "un custom" blah blah blah. This is just the homepage. Alto of scrolling needs to be done to see the new releases and all direct product links are popups... While this is not so much a negative aspect, compared to other HK Retailer Websites, UN's approach of giving you too much info on the homepage, makes it more difficult to find things.

They do have a nice listing of Custom Guns which are not only externally upgraded, but the internals as well.

Uncompany has good prices, and fast shipping. I got a package from them in 3 days. 1 day to process and 2 days shipping. That's FAST. They also give you the option of painting an orange tip on a gun (for us in the States) and they also will put putty or tape over trademarks - always good. I have only bought from them once, but the experience was so good I plan to buy all things that I want ot buy from Asia from Uncompany.

UPDATE: I have bought from them several more times in the recent months, and always, still very pleased with their service.

I've had many experiences with UNCompany ever since 2002. Most of them being optimistic and good. However, UNCompany did give me some problems throughout alot of my orders. But I'll begin with stating good things.

Their customer service is second to none. I send them an email one day, next day (Hong Kong is +13 hours) I get one back. However this does have its downsides (more on that later). They are also pretty helpful with their responses. They will also provide custom upgrades, such as those that you pick out your parts and ask them to put them in for you with a small fee. I found that they also have alot of shipping options, including TNT Express (2 days to the US), UPS Worldwide (3 days to the US), and Speedpost (5 days to the US). I haven't tried FedEx yet though.
I've had NO custom seizes with their orders except for one time when my G&G GR25 was delayed for a day. Their prices are relatively low as well compared to some HK retailers as is their selection.

However, getting to the bad things, due to the fact that it is in HK, you rarely have a chance to get more than 1 or 2 emails to them per every day or 2. Secondly, they have problems notifying you with products that are out of stock after you put them in. Here I'll list what happens,

1) I order their custom KSC Glock 19 with the Fiber Optic Sights. I wait 1 week after payment without response about shipping. I email them and they tell me they'll have it out soon. I wait almost another week. Then I email them back and demand that they ship it or else I'd cancel my payment. They shipped it, however, without the fiber optic sights. Not a big problem .. a tad annoyed though.

2) I order an APS2 magazine and a fixed hop up barrel unit. I wait about 1 week and I had thought the same problem had arisen. So I contacted them. They took about 2 days to respond this time and they told me that the magazine and barrel was out of stock and back ordered. So I asked for a refund, and I got one.

The biggest problem with any overseas retailer is the customs fee.

I got hit with up to almost $60.00 three times by ordering a 1) CA M24, 2) TM PSG1, and 3) G&G GR25. Insane.

I overall think that this company/retailer is very professional, though there are times when they can be a pain in the ar**. I definitely recommend you order from them anything you can't find in the US. But becareful, you'll get ambushed by a heavy customs charge.

Arguably one of the best HK retailers.

I have bought from them couple of times, and everytime, my emails are answered in a timely and professional fashion. They have very competitive prices, AND they are one of the very few that offers 3% discount if you pay via paypal. They have huge selection, and their website is fairly easy to navigate.

Furthermore, one of my packages had an incident with the US Customs because the Customs claimed that the orange paint they used on the gun's tip is too easily removable. I doubt that's the reason since I doubt the Customs people tried to scratch the orange paint. The paint, however, is usually very thin, much thinner than other places like Guns n Guys or WGC, and the thin paint might look like cheap easily removable water paint, but it is really not. In any case, can't argue with the Customs, and I wrote back to them showing them the letter from the Customs that complained about the orange tip, and asked if they would do anything about it.

I simply just wanted to inform them the incident, and didn't really expect a response from them, but couple days later, surprisingly enough, I got a reply from them, and they offered to re-send my package, which they did, and I received the replacement via UPS express (the original was via USPS) without further incident. They even threw in a speed loader in my package. This is the type of service you don't get from just any HK retailers!

I have only shopped there once, but they were dam fast. I got a custom KSC G19 w/ metal slide * and full tune up: recoil spring, valve, hammer spring, and somthing else which i cant rember.

When I was about to order the pistol I was worried that they would destroy the precious trademarks on the side. So I gave em 10$ extra and asked em to use BLACK HOT GLUE on the trade marks, i know from expirence that if you use a knife that the glue will pop right off and sure enough they did use hit glue and the trade marks were saved ^^. It just poped right off and nothing was damaged.

I give there customer service a 10
There prices a 9 * they high and low prices on diffrent items*
Processing i give em a 12 cuz they shipped that bad boy out 12 hours after they recived my payment. *note if you pay in the morning HK time, they will shipp it out that night*
It was arround 185$USD w/ shipping for a upgraded g19 w/ slide , valve and w/e else.
That pistol got here 2 days after i orderd it.

Over all a 9.5

Okay, a quick one for you guys. I decided that because airsoft will be getting legalised soon, I may as well start getting bits and pieces in. So I ordered a Wibex Special Action Tactical vest, a KA drop leg holster, and a KA hood. I also ordered a Shooters Design USP Compact Slide, and a spare USPc magazine.

Placed the order on Wednesday, received everything on Tuesday. Very professional, and very very well packed.

One thing you need to watch out for is customs charges. For my order of US$374.50, I got hit for 80 euros charges! So be careful.

I used Speedpost EMS for shipping, and they were very professional.

I would order from them again in a heartbeat, and I will be placing an order soon after the 7th of July, when airsoft gets legalised Smile

USP .45 arrived. It's gorgeous!! :D 3 days to get here from UNCompany! Again they never failed me. And now it's time to buy green gas because 134a won't let it cycle properly :D And the silencer is sweet too! :D

Managed to get in the M15A4 CQB SEAL before everyone else, it seems. They were a little more expensive but I went with them because of reputation, and I was not disappointed.

With their prices, the gun alone came to just over �200 compared to its retail price of �299 in the UK. So I essentially got 4 CA rail covers, a sling, a battery and some other accessories for free.

Well recommended.

its 85� here in uk, out of stock and + vat +delivery

saved a few with uncompany gun@ 48� + 4mags
the delivery is like 20�
if you get customs hit = $20... but the mags make it worth it coz its 24.00�/each here in uk

they will not take your money if not in usd. on paypal
they did not accept my payment coz i overpaid in gbp which will make the price over.... very kind of them.

I ordered about $600 worth of goods from UNCompany. I basically did an overhaul on my m15 and upgraded it to a high speed cqb gun. I ordered everything and billed for SpeedPost. My order was processed and they gave me my tracking number. Well one week and my tracking status has not changed from parcel info accepted. I called UNCompany and asked what was up. I also called SpeedPost and asked where my package was. SpeedPost said they could not locate it and said UNCompany probably hadn't given the package over. Well UNCompany emails me and says it's ok they'll handle it. We'll ok I wait another 3 weeks and nothing has shown up. It is a MONTH now and I still have not gotten my package. I re-email UNCompany and tell them that I had not received my package. I demanded for a refund and they finally made an effort to find my package. They said my package was lost in transit and reshipped it. So basically it took my package a 6 weeks to arrive when I paid for Airmail. I got refunded my money for the shipping, but what angers me is that UNCompany didn't bother to find out where my package was until I demanded for a refund. ALSO, I ordered a Systema low resistance wiring for an m16 and received a m4 one. I took all the parts to aex to be installed and was told the wiring was not compatible with my gun. So i re-ordered the Systema low resistance wiring for a m16 and received yet another m4 wiring. Very bad service and they got my order wrong twice. I would advice not to shop with them. The only thing good about UNCompany is the pricing.

After having it recommended to me I bought one of UNCo's custom Glocks (a G19 to be precise). As, it seems, with all of their custom GBBs they offered me the option of tuning it for 134a or green gas. A nice little extra I thought and my request for tuning for green was promptly replied.

Shipping via HK speedpost was quick (they also offer a range of other services), but once the package was in the UK it slowed down and took its time getting through customs. Parcelfarce eventually got it to me without to much of a problem.

All in all, good service.

Ordered an AEG and an accessory from them, only to be told a week after payment had been taken that the AEG was not in stock. I requested a refund immediately, and a week past then, I am still awaiting refund after numerous e-mails back and forth. To add insult to injury, the item is still on display on the site as in stock.

Shoddy comms, shoddy customer service; if you're going to buy from HK, buy from other retailers... There are far better ones out there.

I'll keep this short.
I placed an order at UnCo on the 13th of June for some random stuff that I needed. An Army Code body, G36 mags, Multicam attire, and some replacement parts. It took the better part of the day to get my shipping quote. It was a little higher than I am used to at $45 but, is in the normal range for overseas.
Once payment was sent it took just a few hours to get my payment confirmation. Shipping took a bit longer. Five days later I got shipping confirmation and within a few days (thumbs up to EMS) I had my item, minus a Multicam dump pouch, at my door. My shipping confirmation stated that it was out of stock and I have $16 credit. Okay, it happens. No big problem.
Everything was very well packed and not damaged (no matter how hard the US Postal system tried).
It took a grand total of 12 days to receive my order. Not bad for being as busy as they were.

Now several days after I got my order I get and email stating my Multicam Dump Pouch has shipped off of backorder.
Express shipping with no extra charge. Very nice.

I recommend UnCo to anyone wanting to order overseas. Great service, low prices, and fast shipping.
