Before I placed my order with TMC I had never before ordered from abroad, but going by the recommendations of users on Arnies I thought that TMC would be a safe choice. They had every item from my wish list in stock and their prices were very reasonable.

Before I placed my order I was in regular e-mail contact with TMC and I have to say that they replyed politely and prompty to every e-mail I sent them. In my view dealing with them up to this point was a positive experience and I had no second thoughts about placing my order.

However once my order had been placed things started to go wrong. Despite their assurances that my order would be despatched the next day it actually took them a week, following two e-mails requesting a tracking number, for them to despatch my order. I then waited for 3 working days for it to arrive. The courier used was Hong Kong speed post and ParcelForce in the UK. When my order arrived I was extremely disappointed to find that it contained only 2 of the items I had ordered, contained in a plastic shipping bag. The customs note and invoice however listed my full order. I naturally assumed that the order had been split into 2 separate shipping units and that the other larger part of my order was held up with ParcelForce, maybe awaiting customs charging. However several phone calls to ParcelForce established that on international deliveries only 1 tracking number can be used per container. Since I had only been provided with one tracking number by TMC alarm bells started ringing.

I immediately contacted TMC and explained that I had only recieved part of my order. I asked how many containers they had shipped my order in and for them to provide the other tracking number. They replyed saying that they would get in touch with the post office their and if necessary re-despatch the items.

The next day I received another e-mail from TMC saying that they were going to despatch the missing part of my order. Now you may think that this is all well and good, but consider the fact that TMC never asked me to prove what I had recieved, which implies to me that they were fully aware that only part of my order had been shipped to me.

The next day TMC mailed me my new tracking number and my order arrived 3 days later complete.

From time of ordering to arrival my order took approximately 3 weeks to complete. I am extremely disappointed in this and had it not been for TMCs willingness to stay in some sort of communication with me I would have had no hesitation in getting PayPal involved and cancelling my order.

Throughout the whole series of problems I was under the impression that TMC were fully aware of what they had done, but were quite happy to claim otherwise. I always respect honesty from anyone and I feel I was let down by TMC in this respect.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):	Fast Shipping, Good Prices, Good Customer Service and They Have Rare Items In Stock That Other HK Retailers Don't.
Negative aspects of the product (cons):

I ordered two items from TMC, A TM M9 Long Mag and a WA M92FS compensator which no other HK retailer I cheked had in stock. My e-mails asking if the products I wanted were in stock were promtley responded to and my order was processed within 24 hrs. Everything was nicley packed and intacked when it arrived in Los Angeles 4 days after I ordered evrything. It was a pleasure doing business with TMC and I'd defenitly order from them again.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):	GREAT customer cervice, great gun selection, decent upgrades and accessories selection, good price.
Negative aspects of the product (cons):

well, i'v ordered from these guys a few times, and i'v asked a lot of questions.
they always respond with full answers fast unlike most other places that give half*** answers and take so long to do so that you'v already given up on it.
they also have a pretty good selection, will work with you on payment in case you don't have paypal, and have decent shipping time.
alltogether i'd say to make them your nimber one place for airsoft shoping.

TMC has been around for years, I just never found anything of interest to order until recently. There website is a little problematic though and it lists items in stock when they are not.

I ended up ordering a couple of items from TMC, just to see how well they work. They work the usual Hong Kong way of taking your order, and sending you an email back quoting shipping. With other HK retailers this happens usually overnight, but there was about a 1 day difference with TMC's replies. The quote with shipping charges came back, and I paid with paypal immediately, but it took TMC 3 days to acknowledge the payment and another 4 days after to ship the products. they claim Easter caused the delay which I believe was fair.

Shipment came in this morning,but a problem with 1 of the parts, The Nitro.Vo - Battery Box Type-E, was the wrong color. I ordered it in Black, not Sand. Out of the hundreds of airsoft orders I've placed with Hong Kong retailers, this will be the first "mistake" I've had.

I'll keep you posted on how they after sales support is and if/how they fix this little problem.

Recieved an email back stating they will excahnge the product back for the correct color, but paying double International shipping isn't sitting right with me (I could have bought this same part from a regular HK retailer with out a problem). Will keep you guys posted.

Replacement item received in the proper color. It was an unfortunate mistake, but TMC was very professional and apologetic about the mistake and credited me the shipping charge for the return.

I have placed a 2nd order to use that shipping credit and want to give TMC another chance to place an order. Wil keep you posted on the turnaround.

I was informed by TMC that an item I already paid for was "not in stock". This seems to be a problem with their website showing products in stock that are not. While its a little frustating as a customer, I simply asked for a different part to be substituted. Overall on this 2nd order I lost $1.00 due to the cost of the replacement part being $1.00 cheaper. Not gonna fight for it though.

2nd order received.

I think I gave TMC a few chances now, but I'd have to probably not recommend them based solely on the fact I haven't had these types of problems with WGC, UN, Den, Redwolf and other HK retailers. If you do order, double check on stock and color variants before you paypal.

I sent my payment for a WE M4A1, gas blowback rifle on 03/01/09 early morning.

I told them to cover trades and to put orange flash hider on.

When i looked over my invoice, I noticed that they were planning to ship the rifle via TNT.

After hearing terrible things about TNT compared to EMS, I immediately emailed them to ask for the switch, willing to pay extra.

They were very friendly and replied, no problem, we'll ship EMS. No extra cost.

I asked them if they could ship tomorrow and they replied "Yes We can, It we can, other Packing people may can ship out today,...... But you want to Ship out tomorrow??????".

I realized it must be a timezone confusion, since it was probably a new day for them, when it was night time here in US.

I didn't want to take any chances and wanted it out as soon as they could so i decided to call them.

To my surprised they quickly picked up, but some guy that couldn't speak english picked up. We babbled nonsense to each other until he called some woman to come over, and she spoke decent english to understand. She was very nice, and immediately knew who I was after I told her I was inquiring about the WE M4A1. She said yes, they will try their best to get it out today (03/02/09). Seriously, there are barely even any stores in US that you can contact by phone. This impressed me very much.

The rifle shipped 03/02/09.

It reached LAX Customs on 03/03 and went out of customs on 03/04.

The rifle then reached my house in California on 03/05/09 at 9:35am (my mailman was just THAT cool), just in time right before I had to go back to school.

The package was just the WE gun box (flipped inside out), with some sturdy green packaging paper. The inside was filled with foam and some shredded paper in a plastic bag. So it was very well packaged.

I immediately examined the trademarks after taking the rifle out.

They had covered it up with some oily plastic putty stuff. It peeled off pretty easily, but left lots of pieces behind. I took my microfiber towel and rubbed it off. Trademarks are pristine except for a little bit of oil stains that surrounded the trademarks. I believe they will go away eventually.

They included the original flash hider. The original one appeared to be an M4A1 style flash hider, all plastic but with no holes or indents. So like a birdcage that has no holes.

Overall;
Great store to buy from.
I loved that I was able to call them up and talk to them on the spot.
They definitely were not too busy for me, nor were they hiding from me or ignoring me at all for whatever reason.

Would not hesitate from buying from them again.

UPDATE:
My Charging handle broke on my WE (A prevalent problem among all), and I emailed them about it. They got back to me in 1 day (April 9th) and asked me for photos for proof. Sent photos and address, a new one was shipped out right after Easter on April 15th. Package arrived 4 business days later!
It was a version 1 charging handle, but only difference is the paint color. Non-annodized version.

Once again, extremely satisfied.
