Positive aspects of the product (pros):
|
Solid Spring Gun Platform
|
|
Cons:
|
Fixed Hop Up
|
|
The Maruzen APS2 SV was a perfect starter gun for the world of spring snipers. It comes with a 25 round magazine and there are tons of upgrades available for it.
Stock it shot hard and somewhat accurate. The fixed hopup on this version is a real killer.
I initally added a CA Gas Cylinder to this rifle and did see an imporvment in power but it wasn't consistent. The down side was the CA Gas cylinder only laster 2 weeks before the fill valve stripped it's own threads ;(
This is all that ended up on tis gun:
- BEC 4x30 Sniper Scope with Lighted Reticle
- First Factory APS2 PPS Bolt Handle
- First Factory APS2 PPS Scope Mount
- CA Complete APS2 Level 2 Cylinder with 300% spring, spring guide & ver3 vacuum piston
- Commander Bipod (Verspod Clone)
- KM APS2 SV Silencer
- Gaurder Sniper Cheek Rest
- 7.62mm Dummy Rounds
The 300% spring eneded up having awsome power:

But the fixed hopup made you use much heavier bb's which stabilized flight path but becreases fps.

Putting my money where my mouth is...
OMFG The A.I.C.S. is NOT an L96, AWP or AWM!!!
