War4 Airsoft is another Hong Kong retailer that ships internationally. They have excellent communication, good prices (they even price matched competitors.. never hurts to ask), fast shipping on par with otehr HK retailers and unique products.

The website is regularly updated and loads fast. The 1 downside on their site is how they have the product organized (i.e. Magazines are under "Accessories" then "Clips" and all magazines, hicap, locap, gbb, drum are all listed in that section). So creative use of the search function.

1 interesting section of the War4 site is their Custom Gun section(s).

It looks like they actually fit accessories onto all the base guns, so it gives you ideas of how a gun would look with certain options installed.

War4's customer service is on par with other good HK retailers. Usually I get replies the evening after the are posted. Their trademark removal policy is strict though so make sure you keep that in mind when purchasing.

They do get parts other HK retailers don't have at times, so make sure you check their frequently updated home page.

Lightning shipping speed.
Usually 2-3 days.
100% within one week.
Good Customer Services.
The new skin of website is very cool.
The prices are also very nice.
Also War4 has some products that Other Shop didn't in stock.

So it becomes my NO.1 HK retailer.

Also provides JP ver for japanese to read.

They always say "IF you have any problems or questions or suggestions, on our shop or website, just feel free to ask us through the email."

Not much to add, other than that War4 is a solid, reliable shop. Prices are sometimes a couple of $ more than Cobra, but they often stock things Cobra doesnt, so its even-odds.

I have no hesitation buying from here.

Having lived in HK for the last 6 years, the guys in this shop have been some of the most helpful I have met. I recently purchased a TM MP5K, TM Sig P226 and a couple of other accessories and have been thoroughly satisfied with the service. In a very competitive field (airsoft in HK) these guys' prices are some, if not THE, best I have found and their shop is always packed full of goddies. Recommended!

I have been back and forth to HK over the past 5 years to buy airsoft gear and have bought something from pretty much every retailer.

In my experience War4 are the worst of the lot.

War4... blows chunks!

I have lived and shopped in HK since 2002.
I visit "the street" several times a week (if not daily) and I would have purchased well over 100 aegs... and accessories probably spending in the vicinity of 30 to $40,000US$
And without a doubt, War4 is the worst store!

First "strange" occurrence.

I friend was after a accessories and directed me to war 4.
I went in and seen the price of US$50, went back to friend and he pointed out that it was $30 on there website. I returned to check that there wasn�t a misunderstanding, only to be told �we are a shop, they are a website� to explain the price difference.
ok? =/

On the next ocassion.

I went in store and I had priced up 3 components to buy and ship to friends
One item was cancel,
Second item was well labeled and priced... ordered... brought... and ship.
No problem.

Third item was not so well label, but I show salesman the name, make, and model number on paper, he showed me in there case the item.
priced with and without a extra component.
I went back home and confirmed price with client and the item was ordered with the extra component, went back to buy it, only to find out that I was given the price for the wrong model.
partly my fault for not checking it was the correct item, partly salesman fault, as he is the expert!

Got the correct price for the correct item and went to inform my buyer of the 10% increase.
buyer ok'ed it and order was still on.
went back to war4, only to find out, that with in the 6 hours of second and third visit, the price for the item went up by another 20% and the extra component went up by 50%.

Talked to the salesmans, and the boss, they said they hadn't given me the early cheaper price, and if i didn't like it, I can go buy else where.
??? =/
And this new price... is now dearer... than there website price! (sound familar)

Luckily I did find it elsewhere a few days later, cheaper than the original price War4 had given me.

next...
Few items I had to buy to export, and I happen to find it cheaper in War4.
got the boss to gather the 5 items on the counter, about HK$1200 worth... and there was another item in the case I needed a price on.. I could see the price label on it but I couldn't see the amount on it due to another product infront of it.
I asked the boss "how much?"
he said... "are you going to buy it"
I said.. "if I know how much... I might"
he said "I can't give you a price unless you buy it"
Like wtf is that bollocks??
Moronic salesmen of the year awarded goes too...
and thats the store manager!

the next occasion...
I miss placed my big to small wire adapter to charge my small battery.
happen to be next to War4 when I remember to get one,
went in, and theres two new staff at the counter, and boss is siting down 2 metres behind counter working on something.
I ask the new guy if they have the connector
hes starts to reach over to the selve and at that stage I see them...
and he starts to say.. "You mean like this o..."
as the boss quickly jumps up and says... "no we don't have any"
??????????????

I have always been nothing but polite, but seem to receive some rather sad service.
Maybe its cause I visit then try to get 10 prices,
but only buy 2 things from them.
Maybe its cause I've taken photos of a few items... when theres a sign on the door saying no photos.
Maybe it cause I have a little notebook and I write down prices for this that and the other, when they have told me I'm not alowed to write down prices ( thats right, you can't write down the prices instore)
Maybe it was just bad communication
or maybe its cause I'm a gwai-lo. (uuummmm.... "not local")

Since I have been visiting regularly over the last few years, I seen a dozen new staff, and the "Work Offered" sign seems permanent in the window.
compared to all the other stores... the staff never change.

Also another thing I have found though, just a small difference between good and bad stores,
the bad stores don't allow photos to be taken in-store, and in one case... not allowed to write anything down.
good stores... let you photo everything, even make movies, and I can even hand my note book to several staff in 4 difference stores... and they will put the price in it for the items required for me.

Although I will be returning to War4... to check prices ( and double checking)... I will be avoiding buying from them.

As I'm asked regularly locations for shops and and where to by "stuff"
I'm planing to make up a map off all the shops on and around the St... if not all I visited in HK Wink

most are ok to good to great. Several I have complained too / about and they have improved.
only one... is a lost cause.

oh... and if you think its "just me".. as I did...
Its not... and many of my local friends have had similar incidents.

Ha... maybe I could Utube a little something to show there wonderful service.
