I bought from AGI online a couple times. The delivery time was pretty standard UPS time. There are a lot of beginner's AEG packages and a lot of gear to choose from, and most of their price is very competitive. Their response time to my email inquiries are all right, not slow, but nothing impressive.

AirsoftGI is probably my favorite domestic airsoft retailer. I found them to be very friendly with their customer service. Their website is very organized and professional. They have relatively good prices compared to most places. They offer some nice customs guns and have almost everything you need in terms of guns, ammunition, upgrade parts and gear. They do somewhat lack external upgrade parts like scopes or metal bodies, but they make up for what they lack. With every order over $100.00, they offer free ground shipping provided by UPS. That's a major plus.

One thing I like alot about them is that their website is updated almost everyday to show what products are out of stock. For example, if you click BUY on a product and add it to the shopping cart, it will tell you if the product is out of stock or not in the shopping cart. This statistic is usually almost 95% correct, so you don't have to worry about something being back ordered or out of stock (cough AEX).

One bad thing, which isn't really very prominent is their upgrade services. I can definitely say that they are professional, however they do lack speed. I mean .. they take anyway from 5 to 10 days to complete a single upgrade, regardless of how simple or complicated it may be.

I've ordered many things from ASGI and I wouldn't hesitate at all to order plenty more whenever I need to from them as long as they have what I want. I highly recommend you check them out, they are perhaps the best domestic retailer in the US.

I have bought from them a bunch of times. I have bought a custom pistol from them, which was nicely done, but I had some problems with it, but they acknowledged their warranty and fixed it free of charge. I have also purchased a KWA Mac-11, which they delivered in good time and works fine. I also purchase all of my gas and bb's from them, because they have some of the best prices on those products when you buy them in packages of 3 or 4. I have made at least 5 purchases from them and have never been dissapointed. I have heard other people saying they had bad experiences with them, but I personally am very satisfied with them.

Negative aspects of the product (cons):	Nothing really, I'd like it if the send out time was faster, but it's nothing serious

I purchased a G&P M4a1 package that included a wall charger, 4000 AE bbs (super nice!), and a 9.6v battery. The entire package costed $345USD (�261). I was shocked, that's how much you'd normally spend on the gun alone!

I ordered Thursday and the package arrived Wednesday. I suspect the reason why it took awhile is the weekend, but no big deal.

There was one problem however, they sent me the wrong battery. I received an 8.4v battery when I should've received a 9.6v battery. I contacted the store and they called and said they were very sorry and will ship out another one free and I get to keep the old one. They were very apologetic and very nice. Big A+ in my book.

They shipped me a plastic orange flash hider and I was a little dismayed. I took out everything and my cat decided to jump in the box and claw everything up. When he jumped out he took some of the foam with it, and then I noticed a flat black metal flash hider. That saves me the trouble of having to do all sorts of weird stuff to remove the horrid orange! And I travel a lot, so it helps that I have two different flash hiders for transport and for games. I was also surprised that they didn't rape my gun and covered the KAC trades with black tape instead of burning it

Overall this is a great site and I recommend purchasing from them. I'll order from them in the future.

I have bought from Airsoft GI on numerous occasions, in fact it is the only store I buy from. I love their prices and the fact that they almost always have what I want...and have it in stock too.

But their is a downside. Airsoft GI has horribly slow shipping times. My friend paid for 3 day shipping, and recieved his batteries in....ready for this....8 days. The last order I made was 3 business days ago, and they still have not even sent a confirmation letter, meaning its going to be awhile to get to me.

Usually, their customer service is okay, but in the case with my friend, I read the emails from them stating that even though he did pay for 3-day and it took 8 days, they would not refund him the shipping because shipping time is not the same as handling and processing times.

If you want great prices with alot of reviews, shop at Airsoftgi.com, but dont expect it to get to your house for awhile.

I bought a Marui G17 (review to come) and Guarder "enhanced" guide rod set. I ordered the Saturday before Memorial Day Monday, and had my new toy by the following Monday. That's not bad considering that the package had to go almost all the way across the U.S. The pistol box was taped shut, and then placed in another box with kraft paper as padding.

The item prices were higher than what they are in HK and Japan, but I got free shipping, and didn't have to pay a customs fee.

All the Glock markings in and on the pistol box were removed. The trademarks were covered with a black metal tape that wasn't too hard to remove. About 1cm of blaze orange paint covered the tip of the slide and outer barrel.

The usual Marui "Shooting Targets" and catalog were not in the box with the pistol. I imagine that the catalog was full of illegal trademarks, but I'm not sure why the targets were missing.

I just wish that they weren't based in Californistan. I really hate the thought of even a fraction of my money going to the politicians that are trying real hard to destroy the shooting industry.

I've bought a number of items from ASGI over the past year or so, and haven't had a single problem with them yet. Their shipping is reliable, they've always shipped my order by the next business day. Their selection is massive, and their prices are reasonable. They've even quickly responed to evey question that I've ever had about any of their products. What I really like about them is that sometimes they through in some extra free goodies with your order, so far I've gotten 3 posters, a baseball cap, and an extra flash hider. Don't hesitate to buy from them.

I ordered last Saturday, i got a galaxy MP5 w/ stock and a star real cap to get free shipping.

Today, Friday, it came at about 11am. 5 business days. It came neatly packaged with a paper showing it was tested, and the fps.

I would defiantly recommend it to anyone, unless you are ordering under 100, because the shipping is a bit high.

ASGI...great site. My 1st praise is their reliability. Ordered a Echo g36 and a utg mk96 from them. Both came within a week, and both had absolutely zero problems. Excellent customer service. My only complaint is that their site is flooded with Mpegs nowadays, and their high end selection is very limited, especially their ICS lineup. The only exceptions to this are G&G and KWA, which they have nearly every model they make.
