Positive aspects of the product (pros):	Lots of cheap deals
Negative aspects of the product (cons):	not much high end airsoft items

I bought a few times from JT's online store. They have a lot of cheap deals and cheap gear and accessories. They also offer free ground shipping for order over $20 or so. They don't have much proper AEGs such as TM, CA, or ICS on their website (heard they sell some in the walk in stores). No experience with their service personally.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):	Very cheap, free shipping for their online stores
Negative aspects of the product (cons):	No repair service, bad customer service

I've bought a few guns and accesories from JT and theyre fairly decent on things that dont cost over $50. But when you buy a gbb or a aeg you're really taking a risk, the people that work at JT have almost no knowledge of airsoft and cant answer barely any questions of yours.

In the end, JT is a place to buy cheap gear, bb's batteries and whatever else you need, but I wouldnt reccomend buying any gbb or aeg from them because they have proven countless times they have no idea and could care less about airsoft.

I haven't ordered from their website yet, but I visited a JT store that's only 15 minutes away from me. I cant stress enough how bad their customer service was. It seems the guy behind the counter was upset because I interrupted him from playing a free, online browser game. He refused to help me find anything, and answered all my questions with "No." Including "How much does that gun cost?"

He then tried to sell me a CQB AUG for $120, when it is clearly listed on their site for $89.99.
So IMO, if you want to buy from JT, order online.

well the jungletoy i go to is in arizona... phoenix to be exact... they have great customer service unlike some of the above reviews but different sales clerks have different ammounts of knowledge... the one at the store i went to was great... he knew everything about the stuff he was selling and my first NBB i got the was a lemon and he promptly replaced it for me eventhough the airsoft item had no warrantee... two years ago they did have some TM stuff but now all they sell are cheaper stuff and most of their highend stuff would be SRC and KJW but they are starting to stock up on KWA... overall i got a KJW M9 and a KJW M700 there... im satisfied with the pricing and deals they had going on which was cheaper then most sites... the KJW M9 was the full metal with a extra mag and 2000bbs for $100 us. overall if you are in arizona i would suggest going there... a bunch of great guys that know their stuff!!!

I have had the so called 'pleasure' of witnessing jungle toy in three different scenerios and I will list each one with my topic.

1=website
2=store
3=stand at a gun show

First Impression: 1. Very nice and organized, could find what I wanted in minimal time. Selection mediocre. Updated very frequently. 2. Small cramped store the size of a fast food subway deli (where the bathroom would be imagine the backroom). Selection is so small I kept myself from laughing out of respect for he employees. Actual products have been going downhill since it's founding (used to have CA, now have CYMA). The store seemed to have things their website had gotten rid of, so I'm imagining the company isn't very organized (as a coporation). The guys who worked there knew what they were talking about and one even helped me find out about an OP taking place that weekend. Their upgrade/repair service seems to be excellent from what I've heard. 3. I walked up to the vendor stall that actually covered about 10 tables surrounding the two men inside. The guns were all layed out with one of each opend for display. The guy there was very enthusiastic and extremely helpful in pointing out that he had the new BE AUG (MGB) on sale for 60 bucks! I imediately bought it up while he started going on about something to do with new cheap full metal M4s on the market and I becamce very suspcious assuming he was talking about the SRC's which their website had just recently TAKEN OFF and he was saying they were just about to RECIEVE a shipment.

Purchasing: 1. Site is nothing special making it fairly easy to order. 2. Only bought some bbs which I asked some questions about them being bio degrable and finally learned from the employee only very expensive bbs are bio not including the KSC I told him I was using. 3. He racked up the price for me as I handed him the cash and that was that.

Service: Excellent, just excellent in all my encounters except for e-mails I've sent them which only have given me a subscription to their news letter. The guy at he gun show even held on to the gun I bought for me so I could look around the show awhile longer before collecting it and leaving.

Overall: I love jungletoy for their service and cheap batteries/gas. That's where it ends. I think they have a lot of potential if they would only clean up their act (service and become more organized throughtout) and then replace their CYMA/Well/SRC stuff with Marui/CA and systema items. They have a wide selection, just bad products.
