Positive aspects of the product (pros):	Very fast shipping to the US. Huge selection. Competitive prices.
Negative aspects of the product (cons):	Prices listed in HKD, and hear bad things about the walk in store in Hong Kong.

Bought a couple times now from GnG, and everytime I'm amazed how quickly the package gets to me from Hong Kong. Their email response to my questions are always very fast as well. They also have a huge selection on guns with very competitive prices. Unfortunately, all the prices are listed in HKD only, so some might not realize how good their prices are. Although their website didn't say it, but they do accept Paypal; just email and tell them you'd like to pay via paypal.

It's the No. 1 airsoft store on my list. Highly recommended.

Well.

To be perfectly honest, the amount of trouble you have to go to the convince the guys behind the counter that you would like to give them some money now rivals that of trying to dance the tango upside down whilst handccuffed to an angry bull elephant.

I have literally had to wave bills in their faces before they stopped talking to each other about TM's latest releases. Right topic, boys, wrong time.

However, when you DO manage to get them to serve you, the prices are very good, and they have a wide range of products.

wicked fast delivery with no customs charges!!!!

Peter CHan was fast in replying emails...sometimes eben the very same day as of the time difference.

Web site is damn annoying though as no search feature.

prices ar every good as the HKD exchange rat eis very good.

overall the only place i will buy from now.

I bought a Marushin Kar98k recently. It came in 3 days. Amazing. Although the place was in Hong Kong.

The site is a bit tricky to manage. It is very odd. You have to click the word although you don't even know if it is a link or not since it doens't change your cursor. I was like just trying everything out. The prices are very cheap if you know how to convert it. Use yahoo or xe.com. They are both very accurate.

The gun was extremely nice. It came in a nice package and none of my trades were cut out of the box. How lovely ^-^.

Peter Chan was very fast in replying to my emails. Although our time span is different by like 16 or 18 hours, don't remember. He responds very fast to your first or you can say.. 1 day. Then when it comes down to how you want to pay, he responds in like 2 hours. Hah greedy Peter. When you pay however you want, he responds in like 5 minutes. Then the second he recieves payment, he will email you that he recieved it and he will process it A.S.A.P. By the next day, you will have tracking up . By the after noon, you will notice that it already arrived in the USA. The shipping cost may seem like it is outrageous but it is like still 100 dollars cheaper compared to the US Retailers.

I highly recommend them and they were my first overseas retailer. I had some doubts but they brought my doubts very low. I am going to buy from them very soon again.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):	Excellent prices, quick order turn around, superb comms, paypal accepted !
Negative aspects of the product (cons):	Limited stock selection from certain manufacturers, fiddly website at first.

I have used GnG many times now and they continue to provide top quality products, excellent prices and superb customer service.

Since i first used them a couple of years back, i have probably spent close to �1500 with them, ordering items ranging from mags and scope rings all the way up to my most recent purchases earlier this year in the form of a VSR G Spec & an MP7.

While they do have one of the poorer websites of the HK retailers, their excellent prices and generally broad range of stock more than make up for this. It is always fun to look around and find new things that you missed too :P

They are also extremely willing to answer any queries via email you may have about products they sell very rapidly, something made more impressive by the time difference.

They are also well organised and i have only had one mistake made on an order, which was swifty corrected free of charge to me no questions asked.

Paypal as has been mentioned is accepted, but you must ask in order to pay by it (No additional charge). Overall, if you are looking for the best value for money when buying all manner of items from parts to custom guns look them up - you wont be dissapointed !

I just made my first order from here, after being recommended several times. Prices were great, and I didn't receive any customs charges. Parcel arrived Monday when I ordered it Friday. Good communications, with replys to emails coming within 24 hours in most cases, which is better than I get from local, UK based retailers.

Only disadvantage I'd say is the postage can be high on big items, like full-size rifles.

Second order went just as well as the first, though the postage took longer that seemed to be a problem with the holiday season, and it still arrived in time for my game.

Great service, definately recommended.

I ordered a KSC Glock 18 from Guns 'n Guys and I had a great experience with them. Peter Chan responds promptly to all emails. When they shipped my glock it arrived in three days. I was happy to see that they had simply put putty over the trademarks and that although there was an orange barrel affixed to the gun, the black barrel was included in the box. GnG also has better prices than many Hong Kong dealers and I didn't have to pay any customs charges. Overall Guns 'n Guys is a great retailer to buy from and the only bad thing is that their website is not the best.

I made an order for a tm P90 rd when they had come out as well as a battery mags and some ammo.
I made the payment on the Wednesday and I received the package by friday.

The customer service was great and i was kep advised of the status of my order and the prices were damn good.

I wouldn�t hesitate do recommend Guns n Guys anytime.

I'm actually amazed by the service I recieved from GnG with my first order fom them.

Firstly I was happy to see they had an item that no other HK or UK shop had in stock, then at a cheaper price than all others.

After placing my order on a Thursday night, i woke up to an email asking for order confirmation and payment on friday morning. After confirming the order and asking to pay using Paypal (ask for it) i quickly received the money request and paid. All of this considering the 8 hour time difference.

On the Saturday morning i recieved an email notifying me that my order had shipped and copies of the invoice and paperwork with tracking number attached. With speedpost as the courier i wasnt expecting it for a while, especially with Parcelforce likely to take over this end.

The parcel arrived on the Monday morning and had no problems whatsoever. All in all it had taken less than four days from placing the order to it arriving on my door, including a weekend.

Great service and wold definatley recommend for future orders.
