Well, it's a belt, so there's not all that much I can say about it.
The belt comes in a long transparent bag which does look a bit naff, but the packaging does its job and keeps the belt looking lovely when you unwrap it. Not the most impressive packaging I have seen, but hey - it's the belt I am interested in.
The belt is made from a hard-wearing nylon and has a double-action latching system. Most obviously is the heavy-duty clasp which does an excellent job of holding the belt closed on its own. Also present however is a tough velcro link behind the clasp. Both mechanisms are fully adjustable for a range of waiste sizes. With both of these in use, this belt becomes one of the toughest I have seen, able to support any weight you can physically carry.
As for weight, my medium sized Tactical Duty Belt holds the following...
- Two Glock 23f pistols
- TM Desert Eagle pistol
- TM Hi-Capa pistol
- KWA USP Compact pistol
- 4 x Standard Glock 23f magazines
- 4 x Extended 50rnd Glock magazines
- 4 x TM Desert Eagle magazines
- 4 x KWA USP Compact magazines
- 2 x TM Hi-Capa magazines
- 1 x Magazine Dump Pouch
- 4 x TM/STTI BB Loading Tools
- 1 x GB-Tech Distraction Device
- Many Holsters and Pouches to carry it all
As you can see this is a LOT of weight and this belt handles it beautifully.
The belt has a velcro (soft-side) insert running all the way round on the inside edge, providing compatability for professional holsters and pouches with velcro (hook-side) inserts on their loops.
And that's about it. It does exactly what it should do, and is another impressive bit of kit from Guarder. 10 out of 10.
