Cons:

No removable slots for pressure pads

In my eyes this isnt your normal vertical Foregrip. The main benifit of this grip over the rest on the market is the fact that the grip is rubberised. This is especially helpful when wearing gloves or if its wet, helps to increase the purchase on the grip.
By having the ridges on the grip it helps to locate your fingers. Some vert grips on the market have cutout to allow pressure pads to be used. I can see why they didnt do it on this grip, cost wise. What would have been nice is removable slots underneath and then by pressing on the rubber it would flex and activate the switch. Something I may try to do myself in future.
It is very simple to attach it to the gun, simply by unscrewing the bottom, sliding onto you prefered mount and tightening again. It located very securely on RIS.
On RS weapons, the main use of vertical foregrips is to diminish muzzle climb in the first few shots. In airsoft only the second use comes into play, which is simply that it should be more comfortable.
A simple well designed product that will complete any gun.
