What is there to say about a sling. It sits there and holds you gun for you when you cant be bothered.
I choose the Guarder one mainly due to their reputation for quality and the accessories they give with the sling, 3 in all to allow attachment to a greater range of guns. A simple popper strap, a buckle strap and a velcro strap. Although I could the buckle strap on the stock of the MP5, I feel that it doesnt sit right on me so just use a keyring. On the front I clip it straight to the sling pin.
The little covers for the clips are great as it stops unwanted noise and the damage to the gun, metal on metal isnt good.
The other advantage of this sling is its quick extension buckle, pop that and it opens a greater range of freedom, allowing you to swap the gun over to the other hand or just gernally give the weapon more freedom. When finished it just simply clips back up. Everyone has their own system, this one is just straight forwards and that makes life easy.
The only problem I have with this sling is that it snags on my Tac vest. There is a new style of sling out no which apparently doesnt have this issue, and when I find one will have to see if it works any better than this.
Its just a sling, but no doubt one of the more sturdy ones on the market. Why skimp on something that is keeping your pride and job from hitting the ground!
