This gun is a joy to hold and shoot. Very high powered, very realistic mechanism, nice and solid feeling. I found you can indeed have 6 shells in the gun at one time (5 in the magazine, 1 in the chamber) and the action will still close and function properly. It will be a pain in the butt to skirmish with due to the ejecting shells, but with the range this gun puts out, you should have plenty of time to gather them before your opponents can get to you. Some of the other reviews I've seen have mentioned fps upwards of 400 with Green Gas (propane). With 134, unfortunately, the power is in the mid 200fps range.
For those who want to add an authentic shotgun to their Western arsenal, this is a very well made and functional piece.
