I've ordered from Z1 several times - from small (gas and ammo) to quite large (6x ICS AK-74 pre-upgraded to M100) - but all before the VCR bill.

I recently ordered an ICS M4A1 from them in 2-tone, plus a few bits: I emailed on Wednesday morning to check what they needed by way of ID, and got a reply within the hour. I sent them what they needed that afternoon and waited.

On Thursday morning I got a call to say that the paint was drying on the 2-one job, but that a few bits were out of stock: did I want to wait till they were back in, or drop them off my order, or have them shipped as and when.

I opted to drop them off the order, as I live near to Wolf Armouries and the price difference was not huge (Wolf was about 5% more expensive).

I asked whether it would be possible to get the gun before the weekend, and was told that it depended on whether the paint was dry, but that someone would be dispatched with a hair-dryer to speed things up.

Order arrived in full (complete with apologetic note re: bits not in stock) on Friday afternoon.

All in all, I remain Z1's number-one fan, totally satisfied with all aspects of service.

I've shopped there a lot and never had any of the issues that some reviewers seem unfortunately to have experienced.

I always go to Zero One first, if they don't have it THEN I look elsewhere, it's as simple as that. Don't get me wrong, some of the others I've turned to have been good, it's just that none top Zero One in my book.

For a start, I ordered a TM M14 on Monday and it arrived on the Tuesday!

On another occasion, I ordered a TM Colt M1911 and they immediately called me on my mobile to tell me it wasn't in stock. They did have other makes but would get me a TM if I still wanted. I couldn't make up my mind and had a long chat with someone in their Tech department who had patience of a Saint, he also explain differences in gases and problems with cold weather. I decided to go for the WE, this was in the afternoon and it still arrived the next day!!!! Oh, and I'm glad they didn't have the TM version, this WE one rocks!

I also ordered an upgraded (fps) ICS MP5 and again it was instant delivery. The outside of the box had a Zero One sticker with the upgraded details marked on it. When I put it over a chrono, the fps was spot on, no doubt about the work done.

Online ordering is simple and hassle free.

Prices are often cheaper than elsewhere and if not, they have a price promise to match any price if it is in stock with other supplier.

They always answer my questions with courtesy, no matter how daft!

Flat rate �6.99 postage is a pain for small orders, but to be honest a lot of other places do the same, I just look for other bits to bump up the order and make it worth while.

In my view, the only place they could improve is by providing a stock control / supply indicator on their checkout before ordering. That said, I've used other sites that have these and the item has still been out of stock. One site even sent me something different instead... I thought I'd mistakenly ordered through a supermarket home shopping site!

Positive aspects of the product (pros):	Quick service, Constant updates, no trouble at all
Negative aspects of the product (cons):	Stock is sometimes low

Only a quick review as I just bought some goggles but I just wanted to let people know how good this supplier is.

Was kept up to date via email with my order status and it was dealt with and shipped the same day.

Nothing bad to say Smile

i've ordered from zeroone a couple of times, the first time for a two-tone tm m16a2, which i ordered from them because as far as i could see they were the only vendor apart from wolfarmouries who offered to paint it, and i'd only heard bad things about wolf, the second order was for a couple of g&p midcaps and some other bits just before xmas. both packages turned up swiftly, and the communication was excellent. recommended
