Here's a neat little item I found by accident (I was actually searching for a Tactical Launcher RIS frame only). This is a R.I.S. Coupling Unit made by Chameleon- Japan.
This unit will let you attach something with a rail system to something else with a rail system. See pics below for some examples, but the types of combinations can be pretty wild.
