Last week I went to RedWolf Airsoft's office and warehouse complex in Hong Kong. I am pleased to say that the customer service is top notch and the office is very organzied.
I went to RedWolf hoping to see a huge showroom full of custom and rare airsoft weapons. I opened the glass door, and was confronted by a short wall emblazoned with a big RedWolf Airsoft Logo on it. I looked around confused, because all I saw were half of the employees present busily processing airsoft orders.

As I glanced around, a tall asian man in buisness attire approached me and asked me If he could help me. I told him I wanted to buy some things that I saw on the website from the US. I told him I was looking for the Guarder Red-Dot ACOG, and he quickly retreated into his office to look for the product ID. He emerged soon thereafter, and told me they didn't carry it, but instead carried the exact product from the same factory under the name MilSpex.
He introduced himself as Paul Chu, and asked me to sit in his office, I showed him some things I wanted to buy on his laptop and he wrote them down. Then Paul asked me to follow him to see the warehouse, and man it is very large. I can see why they work efficiently in delivering their orders. There are dozens of rows of airsoft products and in the corner, there is a mini "custom parts fabrication" workshop. Everything in the rows are stacked neatly and grouped by special specifications.

As we walked around the many rows of airsoft goods, I asked him if he was the owner, and obviously Paul Chu turned out to be the owner. He replied "Yeah, I own RedWolf, no actually, I AM RedWolf, because that was my call sign when I still played." Now Paul Chu only plays at some big events like the Ash-Bash, which he attended. Now he enjoys playing golf, practicing in his office with his Ping putter.

I have never seen so many parts EVER in one place, I can assure you that they are one of the largest airsoft retailers. As we continuously traveled between his office and the warehouse space, I noticed that his employees would never stop working. One computer was next to the entrance of the warehouse space, was used to add new products. Suprisingly enough, every time I passed a new prodcut was being added after having its picture taken in a special booth.

Next to the computer that added prodcuts was a table where a techician modified airsoft weapons. Because RedWolf offers uprgrades, when you buy your gun, these techies work with the utmost care to install your spring or whatever it might be. They worked as if those guns were their own.
Later on, I asked Paul if I could look around in his meeting room, we entered and he turned on the light, and it was amazing, the enviroment is great for talking airsoft business; there were custom guns everywhere! Behind on a bookshelf lay many guns. I asked if I could see and hold some of them and Paul generously let me see them all. On the whiteboard, I saw different buisness strategies and flow charts.

Some of the most intriguing customs were the ones that were more than I could ever afford. One of them, an AirsoftSurgeon custom, was a gas Mossberg, its laser dot and flashlight were tuned precisely and the body was full metal with M4 LE stock. Another gun had a special box magazine that senses whenever you pull the trigger and automatically winds it for you.
After getting all the things I wanted, Paul gave me a discount, which he says applies to all walk-in customers. The discount is a real good one, and I suggest you visit yourself to find out how good it is. All I can say is the more you buy the better. I paid in HK dollar, however the good thing is they have all their prices in US funds for all of us Americans, so I'm quite confident you will be able to pay in USD.
Overall, I was impressed with the atmosphere and the efficiency of the employees. That morning, I called to see if they were open and I also asked if they had a specific M203 in stock, I asked some US Customs questions and the man who was on the phone replied with actually understandable english, which is amazing compared to some other airsoft stores I called (about 15).

NOTE: I am not affiliated with RedWolf, although it would be nice
There is a whole road, next to the Yau Ma Tei YMCA(Yes, YMCA has hotels in asia) called Kwong Wah. The whole street has many hobby stores, mostly airsoft. They are literally all next to each other. GunsNGuys, S3, Classic Army, Boom Arms (airsoft cafe), etc. Their prices are reasonable, but if you visit RedWolf I guarantee you will get a better deal due to discount. Be sure to mention "David Tsai".
And I can assure you that any order there is taken care of with utmost speed and reliablity.
Please don't pester me with YOUR bad experiences because I'm only sharing my opinons. Please relate to me because I am taking some of my own time to write this. My uncle passed away due to liver cancer the day after I visited RedWolf.
LIKE THEY SAY, YOU GOT TO SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT.
Thank you for your time,
David

I posted this review a few years and airsoft items ago. Redwolf picks up some items before other retailers. Sometimes they price a bit high, but overall a reputable retailer. But they do have a frequent buyer program with some decent items you can score.
My only complaint is that their website isn't the easiest to navigate or even connect to at times. And the fact that shipping is calcuated withitn their shopping cart, means you sometime pay shipping charges that have been "Padded"

RedWolf Airsoft
Location: Hong Kong
I have purchased 1 AEG from Redwolf Airsoft and some accessories:
Marui M4 R.I.S.
I ordered this gun from RedWolf during one of the Special Promotions. It was VERY inexpensive and included shipping costs and discount on extra Magazine, This was about 3 months after Marui released the M4 R.I.S. so I was eager to place this order. Added a Ready Mag System, M120 Spring and upgraded Gears, 9.6 1700Mah Ready Mag batteries, Systema M4 Metal Body, Bushmaster R.I.S. Shields, SAS 3 point Sling and Norinco Red Dot Scope with handle mount.
RedWolf's sales guy(s) are very helpful and they will carry some trick items from time to time. But there website is in some need of a shopping cart program. The have some nice reviews of airsoft products and a nice section for the "do it yourselfer". Also their prices are eon the high side compared to other Hong Kong retailers, but they will match prices. And as in the special deal I got on this M4, they sometimes have insane sales.
The down side on this is my M4's gear box crapped out and plastic body broke a week after I received it. No fault on RedWolfs part, but emails went unanswered pertaining to this. (They used to have a 7 day return policy) but at tat time they just partnered up with The QProject local to California and they tried to help me get this fixed for a discount. I chose to go with Airsoft Extreme though which are also local to me in that I trust them from past work, upgrades and repairs. Thus the reason for the Metal body and gearbox upgrade.
Their email replies are prompt and pleasant and both pre sales communication are good.
RedWolf offers alot of Custom Rigs with some interesting variants of Marui AEGs and with their partnership with The QProject offers some interesting values if you choose to buy from Hong Kong.

Well I just got back from a quick trip to HK and while there took the opportunity to visit Red Wolf airsoft so here are my impressions.
Finding the shop
Hong Kong is one of those places that you can easily get lost in, I mean everything looks the same and that includes the hundreds of buildings surrounding Red Wolf. That’s the first point I want to make here about Red Wolf, although primarily an e-retailer of airsoft products, they don’t mind you dropping by. If you visit their website you can find handy instructions in both English (for you) and Chinese (to show the locals). Now don’t expect some grand entrance with markings etc, because their warehouse is on the 7th flour of a very plain looking building. The entrance to which is around the side via a parking lot and up one of two massive industrial looking elevators. Once you get to the 7th floor you need to hang a left and keep walking until you see the very large Red Wolf logo. Now don’t try and walk through the doors as I did, because they are security type, also don’t knock on the door as no one will hear you, there is a door bell that you can push and then one of the office staff (all Chinese) will let you in.
The Shop
When you enter the Red Wolf offices you will immediately feel the buzz and hum of the place. This is one of the world’s largest airsoft suppliers so they are very busy! When you are greeted at the door just do as I did and ask for Paul (a.k.a Red Wolf) he is a typical looking Chinese fellow (around 35) who speaks with a slight New Yorker accent. Paul is the owner of Red Wolf and he’s a great guy. On the day I showed up unannounced he was happy to give me the guided tour, show me the conference room (which has all the prototype Red Wolf Customs) and spent at least an hour of his precious time with me (cheers Paul!). On the day that I showed up they must have just got an order in from Taiwan or Japan cause there was crap everywhere, and I do mean everywhere. It was like heaven, boxes and boxes of all your favorite toys lying around. Basically there where commercial type shelves set in rows that where filled to overflowing and then the aisles between them where stacked leaving barely enough room to stand. It was great!!
They basically have 3 areas to the premises. The 1st is the offices, where I imagine the orders are processed etc. The 2nd is the warehouse storage that I have just explained and the 3rd is the workshop. Paul assured me that his technicians can do an AEG upgrade in around fifteen minutes and that’s from in the box to back in the box, bloody quick if you ask me! The workshop also has a couple of machines used for the custom mods such as a drill press and lathe.
The Service
After I had seen the place Paul asked me if I wanted to get any gear while I was there, of course I did so we sat down and started writing a list (if you intend on getting some gear it pays to have a list first so that you don’t forget anything as one can be quite overwhelmed by all the nice toys one has just seen). When I had finished my list, he disappeared for a few minutes and one of his staff came back with a quote (which included a discount) so I could confirm everything (some stuff might be out of stock). Then they started bringing your gear from the warehouse. When you are satisfied with it all, they will bring the invoice which you will need to pay in cash (so bring 30% more money than you thought you would need as you would have added things to your list that were not originally on it, or if your like me you would have added a lot of things). Now your final invoice will not be the same price as what is on the Red Wolf website, because Paul always gives his walk in customers a cash price (which is quite nice).
In comparison to the shops on Qwong Wah Street (A.K.A Airsoft Alley) Red Wolf is about the same or similar, but there are a few differences in service though. Red Wolf has a huge (by HK standards) warehouse with most items in stock making them a one-stop shop for all things airsoft. In comparison Qwong Wah has several small outlets that don’t carry a lot of stock so you will find yourself going from shop to shop to find specific items you want. Honesty is also a factor, I have been ridden by retails on Qwong Wah before who want you to negotiate the price of some items, avoid these type of shops as you will almost definitely lose. Red Wolf is a global airsoft supplier, they have a reputation, and they are not interested in ripping one person off and having them damage this reputation. Red Wolf staff will also take care of the small things such as making sure you have the correct power supplies etc for your items.
The Verdict
All in all I think if you go to Red Wolf you will have a far more positive experience than other dealers. When I return to Hong Kong next year for my annual pilgrimage I shall definitely visit Red Wolf for my airsoft needs. They have most of their products in stock, they have top-notch customer service, they conduct business in a professional manner and they speak English while they do it! A big thumbs up for Red Wolf!

Red Wolf Airsoft.
Now it’s not very often that I will sing the praises of a retailer as I believe that it is their duty to offer good service at a reasonable price, but now and again some people go above and beyond the call of duty to offer exceptional service and above all at a very good price!
Now coming from an IT background I’m very cautious about shopping online, but after a very good family friend, fellow Airsofter and member of the forums here went to Hong Kong and purchased some goods from Red Wolf I decided to purchase a GR300 from them, not only did they reduce the price due to the recommendation of “pstok” they shipped it to Japan at a very reasonable price and all the time I was in contact with the director of thee company Mr. Paul Chu.
As you can see by the delivery updates it took 3 days for the weapon to reach me!
Posting Date Posting Time Drop-off Point Destination

29-Sep-2005 Japan In transit.
30-Sep-2005 Japan Arrived the delivery office.
30-Sep-2005 Japan Delivered.
Now having had a very good experience with Red Wolf I decided again to order some custom parts and a few odds and bobs for my weapon and also a few pieces for “pstok” again the owner of the company took me under his wing and helped me out…… Basically I had cocked up with Pay Pal and not realized that I had spent my limit on the non-verified account and had no way of paying, Paul sorted this out by changing the way I paid to credit card, remember Paul has a whole host of people that can help me but due to the fact I was recommended to him he has time and time again helped me with my questions and problems.
Now here is another clincher of why I will from now on use Red Wolf for all major purchases, it seems that either Japanese Customs or the shipping company has lost the parcel, having rung the company that is responsible for shipping, Hong Kong Post and I must note that I have always been very happy with their service, they lost track of the parcel when it left Honk Kong, I contacted Paul yet again with my concerns. Paul replied within 30 minutes even though it was outside of their trading hours with a response saying that the matter would be taken care of and that a member of the Red Wolf team was dealing with the problem. It’s now 8:20pm Japanese time and Paul had answered exactly 20 minutes ago, I’m going to have to wait till tomorrow to find out what has happened but I know that Red Wolf is trying their up most to resolve this issue.
Conclusion:
Paul Chu obviously runs Red Wolf for Airsofters as a service to a sport that he fully backs and enjoys. The website (www.redwolfairsoft.com ) is well laid out with some very good articles and information that des make it to some of the forums. The prices are very competitive and for me in Japan much cheaper than some of the Import shops (HK and Taiwanese made weapons are sod at a premium here in Japan). So As I said before it takes something special in the retail industry to make me take note and Paul and the rest of his team at Red Wolf have done just that!

I decided finally that I'd buy a P226 with a metal kit. I went with the ACTION kit (which I regret) and guarder set of springs from RedWolf. Their prices were reasonable, and I had read here that they were reliable. So I went ahead and ordered. I placed the order on a Tuesday night. By the morning, my order had been shipped. I had my p226 in my hands on the Thursday. Now, I don't know if this was a miracle or what, but I only went with the normal courier mail. I've ordered from places in the USA where it took longer than that. If that isn't good shipping, then I have NO IDEA what is.
My conclusion. RedWolf are awesome. :D

OK. well I have been buying from Redwolf since I got into airsoft about 6 years ago. And have only had 2 problems out of the 12 orders made.
Once they forgot to send me my LAM for my MK23 but after 2 emails the had it on its way.
On another occasion they sent the wrong mags, but that was also quickly sorted out.
I have purchased a good bit of my collection from this fine vendor. They have always had some of the fastest shipping. On my last purchase I ordered a KSC g26, and a threaded barrel, that order was made on Nov. 30 it was on my door step Dec. 2.... I live in East coast USA. Now that is what I callnfast shipping. I actually didn't even get my tracking number until the 3rd.
Overall I would highly recommend Redwolf Airsoft. They have a very large catalog, great low prices, and perfect customer service. Go now and buy from them, I know you will be pleased.

When I first got into airsoft I had asked about vendors and a lot of people had told me to stick to the United States, however I saw redwolf and saw they had guns you cannot find in the US and they had trademarks. I was a bit nervous at first ordering overseas but redwolf is amazing. I placed my order for the first time back in October and ordered a desert eagle .50 AE by tokyo marui. I was kind of worried that they would remove the trademarks because in their FAQ it said they permanently remove them and paint the orange tip. I called them and response was quick and they spoke good english, they said it was just a sticker and it is 100 percent compliant and they guarantee my order or money back. This was at 10:00 in the morning my time (11:00 over there). I received my package at about 11:30 A.M. my time and i was like "wow that was quick". Product had the full trademarks although shipping was 30 bucks for a pistol.
My next purchase was a G&P M4A1, I ordered this thursday at 4 in the morning. I received the package early in the morning saturday without any problems with customs, this was right before christmas.
The vendors highly recommended and I trust them a lot more than most US retailers because you get good guns as well as your trademarks compared to a US retailer scratching them off permanently most of the time. Tech supports good if you have a VOIP phone since otherwise it'll cost you a lot to call hong kong and emails are answered quick. The prices are good, the only thing that kills me is shipping, my m4's shipping was 50 bucks but thats not bad compared to other retailers shipping. Definitely will use for future purchases again.

This is actually a 'continuation' of sorts of a review I started concerning WGC Shop. But only because I placed very late orders with both retailers this last week before Christmas, not expecting in the least that I would recieve the products until after the 25th.
I was sitting at my computer on the 22nd, after wrapping gifts, doing what I normally do.......that's right, surfing Airsoft retailers looking for the new hotness When I saw that Redwolf had updated their site to promote the new KSC .45 USP. I am a big fan of the series and was anxiously awaiting this release.
Remember that its the evening of the 22nd- Thursday night and Christmas is basically 2 days away- I place the order, again fully realizing that this "Merry Christmas to Me" gift would come well after Christmas with shipping, customs and all that. I request no 'special' shipping, I paid $20 dollars for the usual Redwolf service.
This story has a happy ending.......
Saturday, around 12 noon, FedEx arrives with my Christmas Toy-to-myself!!
Not only does Redwolf always have the newest, coolest just-released guns and accessories, they clearly know how to take care of their customers!!
Well Done Redwolf! Thank you!!

Likewise. Fast shipping. Excellent pre and post sales customer service. Answered my questions thoroughly, not one-sentence responses.
Website is great and has a member area which other major Hk retailers don't. Also Redwolf has the order status feature that shows you the progress of the order. This is great for people who always check if their item was shipped or not. Excellent design.
Pricing was incredible. $1199 for a Systema MAX is like a dream com true. MAX's MSRP in the US is ~$1800 and street price, ~$1200-$1500. I got quite a discount at Redwolf.
Their 100% guarantee that their products will not be seized by Customs worked for me. I told them to put orange, they did and when Customs checked it, Customs plastered the Cleared sticker and let it go.
Pictures of System MAX and Customs sticker found here.
Long story short, Redwolf is one of the best retailers I ever came across.

I recently followed the craze of purchasing an MP7a1. After doing some research I decided to make my purchase from Redwolf Airsoft, as keeping the trademarks in tact were a great issue to me.
On February 9th I placed my order (using a paypal account that is connected to my checking account) for the MP&a1 package and the TM pro silencer short type. The total came out to be $272.14 including shipping. $205.00 for the MP7, $30.50 for the silencer, and $36.64 for the shipping.
Now in order to do this I had to create the order, get the order number, and then log into pay pal and send them money with a message that included my order number. I then had to log back into Redwolf and update the order with my pay pal confirmation number.
Once I updated my order with the pay pal info it moved from "confirmed order" to "processing"
Overall the process was not complicated; however I feel that a more streamlined process would be greatly beneficial.
Now, since I paid for the order using a pay pal linked bank account the processing time was lengthened, but was speedy none the less. I placed the order on a Friday before 5pm and the transfer was confirmed by the next Wednesday.
The same day the payment was confirmed Redwolf had shipped it out and sent me a confirmation email with my tracking number by noon HK time. Not only was it shipped in a timely manner, but I was pleased to find that they had shipped my order using Fed Exs International Priority mail which "guarantees" the package to be shipped by 10:30am the next business day!!!
By 6pm HK time my package was in the air and on its way to Alaska, where it cleared customs in a matter of a couple of hours.
When it arrived I was pleased to see that everything was shipped in tip top shape, and that the trades were in tact under the black tape they used to conceal them.
The experience over all was a pleasant one. All my inquiries regarding my ordered were always answered the next day, and the processing time literally amazed me.

I have Bought items from redwolf three times now and I have to say they are one of the best companies I have seen. They have a huge selection which is always good, try to keep everything in stock, decient customer support, and nice shipping quota system.
The first order i got from them was a CA M15A4 SPC on May of 05, but odly enough I got it for 330$USD. Then about 3 months later it shot up to 400 somthing but that dosn't matter. When I placed my order the first time they shiped out my rifle in about 3 days which was prety good.
Second time was getn a KWC CO2 Deagle *bad choice for me* but it took about a week and a half to ship which made me kinda confused becuase they usaly can ship it out in less than a week. Made it through customs alright. I emailed em about it being so late and they appoligised that it was taking so long so its cool they responded in about 18 hours.
3rd time was to get a bunch of things for my aeg and ksc g19. THey shipped in about 3 days and they shipped it via fedex which was prety dam fast it made it to california in about 36 hours which was prety crazy shipping.
Over all i give it a 9.0
they still got some buggs they need to fix in the customer service form on there web site cuz half the time your emails will not get through. I usualy have to email them manualy.

Great place, and totally safe to buy from. I purchased an M15a2 Rifle with some extra mags and shipping took 5 days, pretty much as expected.
The only time I have had to deal with customer services was to make a stock request on a gun. They were very quick to reply that unfortunately they would not have it in for a few weeks. So top marks for honesty, many other stores would have strung me along rather than admitting this.
I look forward to buying from them again in he future!
