Postage
Great variety of postage prices, starting at £1 for the smallest item I found, the Bite valve, upwards. Around £7 will cover an Assault Vest which I think is great value. For once a retailer that makes you pay for the product, and not stupid rates for P&P. Its a shame not everyone one else could follow suit.
Prices
As Wolf Armouries is the only other J-Tech retailer I have found in the UK, On Patrol may appear cheap but there was a substatial price hike in my eyes over Xmas 2005 on some of their smaller J-Tech products. Thing is I have yet to find anywhere else other than Germany to get their products from. The J-Tech justshop seems not to be an actual online shop!
Customer Service
Since my original purchase I had been after a pouch to put my PMR radio in. The Blackhawk one I purchased was too big so was looking around for another. J-Tech were releasing one which seemed it would do the Job. On Patrol kept me updated continually up until a month before it was due in. After that no contact at all which was a shame after I was promised it. Still they got it in stock in the end!
Product Range
As stated before they seem to be one of a few stores worldwide online that stock J-Tech items. They do do other items and are also a Paintball retailer. They dont stock all of them though and thats where WGC picks up the tab. Its a shame WGC doesnt do all the vests as well.
Overall
A great service from another UK shop. Once again no shop can ever be 10/10 when you also shop at WGC! Would be nice if their prices were a few quid cheaper but I suppose the cheap postage makes up for it. Would be nice to see a wider range but then they arent specifically just an airsoft retailer.
