Positive aspects of the product (pros): Good value for money, quality parts easy to fit
Cons: N/A

This was the final stage of upgrading my TM M4A1 RIS to a CQBR. the whole project was precipitated by three factors:

1. The VCR Bill
2. Stripping the gears at the last game I played!
3. Wanting a durable gun, with quality parts that can hopefully last a long time!

So with new metal gears all fitted and a new HurricanE M4 Marine body and G&P CQBR Front end ordered I stuck the tune up kit in.

What do you get?

The kit is quite generous and includes:

Cylinder
Cylinder Head
M100 Spring
Piston Head
Nozzle
Spring guide
bearings

upon closer inspection all parts seem to be well made and have a good finish to them. HurricanE also do a more complete kit including gears and tappet plate plus a few other items for those who need to completely replace their gearbox innards.

Fitting was very easy but following on from some advice I received I kept the original Marui piston, piston head o-ring and nozzle.I also received conflicting advice from the shop and also online about using the spring guide and piston head together as it can lock everything together. i thought I'd take a chance and use them having bought them.....It worked!

Like I said, it all worked beautifully at the weekend chucking out excel 0.2g pellets cosistently at 320 fps, not bad as i expected to lose some fps by cutting down the M4 barrel by about 4 inches so I stayed within the fps limits too.

I have only used it the once, so I can't comment on the durability of the parts as yet, but things are looking okay.

If you are in the market for a tune up kit and systema parts are too rich for your blood, I would consider looking at the hurricanE alternatives.
