This ammo is mainly sold at www.evike.com for dirt cheap. Its $12 for 5000 .2's and $13 for 5000 .25's. You can also buy bags of 1000, & 2000. They come in white & Black and weights of .2, .25, & .28.
My expirience: I have bought over 15 bags of .25's of these, and never had a problem. No problems at all. They're smooth and slick. They even work great in a 6.01 tightbore! There are no visible seam lines either. A bad thing is the lack of variety of weights. They dont come in .23 or .30. I recomend these!

Is being a .25g BB a bad thing?
|
|
After purchasing a Madbull 6.03mmx509mm tightbore barrel for my G&P M16A3, I decided to buy some precision airsoft BBs. I was on www.airsoftgi.com looking for a cheap, American source of precision .25g BBs to use out of my precision barrel. They arrived exactly 8 days later after ordering with my new piston for my G&P M16A3 (the stock one broke, a jam on full auto did it in, don't use cheap BBs *ever*) cylider grease, a can of red gas (for my dad's WE 1911, which it works great in) and a bag of 5,000 Matrix .25g "maximum precision" BBs. It came in a bag of 5,000 for only $15.00, that's VERY cheap. I looked inside the bag and the BBs were very slick and smoothe. After reading some reviews about these BBs having seam lines, deformations and "random pieces of plastic inside the bag" I was expecting to just throw them out, but after searching the bag, there were none. I don't know where these bad reviews came from, but my BBs were flawless. Perhaps Matrix changed their manufacturing standards on these BBs, or they just have bad quality control. Anyway, I loaded them up in my G&P M16A3 and...
THEY FIRED! Very well I must add. They did not jam my G&P M16A3 with the precision barrel. Please note that I installed a Systema hop-up bucking because the stock G&P hop-up bucking was causing the gun to jam and mis-fire. If you are having problems with your precision barrel, install a Systema hop-up bucking, it will fix most jamming problems, unless you use cheap BBs. My gun shoots very smoothe, smoother than ever before. The accuracy is unbelievable, at 25 feet, I can knock the bullseye out on a 6 inch target without any shot off the dime-sized hole. At 170 feet, I was able to hit my friend on full auto in his upper chest with the precision barrel! I chroned these BBs against Tokyo Marui .25g BBs and the Matrix .25g BBs came back 10 FPS faster! They shot the same speed faster with the stock barrel too. They are supposed to be slightly bigger, so larger size = tighter seal = higher air pressure = higher velociy. I haven't shot these BBs at long range with a stock barrel, so now onto the stock barrel close range performance.
The Matrix .25g BBs are by far the most accurate BBs I have fired out of a stock barrel. At 22 feet, I can take out the bullseye and 9 ring on my 6 inch targets (which is the size of a quarter) WITHOUT touching the 8 ring! The gropuing is much tighter and consistent out of my stock barrel than any other BB. These BBs also shoot great out of my WE 1911 with green or red gas, they are more accurate than any other .25g BB I have fired more reliable and consistent.
These BBs are highly accurate and very cheap. They are more accurate than Excel .25g, Tokyo Marui .25g, KSC .20g, Systema .20g BBs (which suck) and my now secondary G&P .25g BBs. While I'm talking about BBs, WARNING: SYSTEMA .20G BBS JAM EVERYTHING FROM MY SPRING GUN TO MY 3 GBBS TO MY AEG AND ALL MY DOUBLE STACK MAGS!! BUY SYSTEMA GEARBOXES, NOT SYSTEMA BBS!! Besides, these are more accurate and far cheaper! I HIGHLY recommend these BBs for those who want more accuracy but don't want to install precision barrels! Plus you gain 10 FPS! 10 out of 10! GET THESE BBS!

I have never had an issue with Matrix bbs. I have bought them continuously over the years, and have never had a single jam. I use them on all of my AEG's and my sidearms. I have never found a single bb that was misshapen, deformed, or even had a seam on it.
The most recent order of Matrix bbs was the bulk package of 20,000 for $40 (.2) from evike. Once again, flawless. Great job!

This BB's are very cheap, yet still great quality. I have purchased a couple bags of these BB's so far. Now Matrix BB's are the only BB's I will use!
