Positive aspects of the product (pros): Stunning looking weapon, great to handle
Cons: R.I.S unit is wobbly, front foregrip is hard to tighten up.

When i first Received this rifle, i was amazed, it was full metal and also the markings were incredibly nice.

The gun, will take a 8.4V 3300mah large battery as standard, but will take lower than 3300mah.

The gun comes with the following:

QD Silencer
Front Foregrip
Ready mag system
450 Round hi-cap magazine

I had the choice of adding the ready mag system, but i chose not to for reasons being that i would only use one magazine and most likely will not get through a full 450 rounds in one game.

The R.I.S unit is an added advantage as it allows you to customize the gun to your desired style of play, soon i'm going to be creating a Marksmen rifle from it, but also be able to quickly change back to assault rifle, as soon as it's needed.

I think this rifle's a great buy.
But at £275 it's the same as the M4 R.I.S.

If your looking for a TM M4 SR-16 alternative, then this is it.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Split gear box, FAST easy stripping. Solid.
Cons: clunky iron sights, dustcover pops open when fired.

OK this is my first review so bear with me.
Right i decided i wanted an M4 variant. 'So big deal' i hear you say but i went looking and i had never realy thought about HOW MANY m4/16 varients are out there evey manufacturer does it's own.
I started by looking for comanalities that link all the different brands and thier versons having established those i looked at all the outstanding things that make each brand different and i was drawn to ICS.
WHY?
Split gearbox: an idea that makes systema PTW attractive being the abillity to change powers settings in a matter of minuets. (if you choose to have more than one upper gearox this time comes down to less than a minuet) Having not realy been required to do anything to my other guns i am not entirely comfortable with GB internals and have avoided spring upgrades and it means opening the box. With ICS you simply follow the instructions on the supplied CD (or use common sense) and out comet the piston/spring/cylinder woot!

Solid build: I have seen many an ICS dropped kicked trodden on ect and have allways been impressed by thier strenght. Allthough if you twist the gun when the reciever is opened the front pin mount gets a bit broken i have read.

Hopup design: now being a famas owner i have never ventured into the internals of my gun as it has never worn anything out (touch wood) The siple hop design and finger freindly design is awesomly handy. ICS use an M14/AUG style sleve hop adjuster.

Simple: within a few hours of recieving delivery, i had stripped my new M4 to it's component parts. I was happy doing this as it was all very natural. Minimal fuss seems to be the way to go. I had read that the hop rubbers on ICS guns were a little suspect so i even went as far as taking that apart too. (never done this before) The hop bucking was a little misshapen from being carelessly stuffed into the chamber. But that was easily dealt with with a bit of a wiggle and silicone spray.

Test fire: took the M4 into the garden for a bit of a test fire earlier. 20mt with .2's 3inch grouping with 10rounds. Not bad at all. Sadly not having a chrono there is no fps report but it was more than adequate.

Pics at a later point.

Oh one last thing i ordered on sunday night from ZeroOne and my gun arrived STANDARD delivery tuesday morning. Allthough the silencer was missing due to being out of stock evything else was there and sexy. Z1 customer support were cool about the silencer and have been helpfull all the way. Uses them!
This is all.
