This is a very simple product which basically does what it was designed to do. I bought mine from UN Company as part of a much larger order. If you own a USP and you're ordering from HK it's worth throwning one of these in since they cost so little. They're also available on WGC and probably other HK shops.
The Frame adapter itself is plastic and splits into two halves which are held together by a single allen bolt at the rear. It gives you a short length of 20mm rail to play with including the slot for the locking bar found on many pistol-specific accessories such as tactial lights.
The markings on it read:
(Left side) For USP FULL SIZE FLAME
(Right Side) TANIO KOBA RAIL ADAPTER
but they're pretty unobtrusive so I wouldn't worry.
In my experience I found the rail to be a little bit too short to allow my King Arms M3 light to lock onto the rail using the locking bar. This was easily rectified by shaving a bit off the back of the light's rail section which is also made of plastic. If you're buying metal housed accessories it's probably worth seeing if you can try one out on your gun before buying. If not there's always the possibility of sanding down the (plastic) adapter itself a bit.
Overall for my purposes it does what I bought it for with only a very small amount of work needed so a hefty thumbs up and 9/10
