Positive aspects of the product (pros):
|
They pick up the phone
|
|
Negative aspects of the product (cons):
|
Things are "In stock" that actually arent in stock, one staff member telling you one thing and another telling you something else.
|
|
I firstly made an order of a Two Tone JGBAR10 and was then told it was out of stock and to make the order again since it should be in within the next few weeks.
I then check on the website end of last week and it says "JG BAR10 - In Stock" so I make my order and it then gets put "On Hold".
Give them a call on Saturday and they tell me that they need to spray it and that I am first in the que for it to be done, so I gave them a call again this morning since no sign and the bloke on the phone tells me in a slightly rude way that the two tone JGBAR10 will be in stock this week and that the person saying about spraying was wrong, and something about his boss being in china.
So I ask again when it will be in, and he just says "This week" and I am basically stuck for words and hang up.
So im now waiting for something which may or may not come before the time I need it (friday) with rude customer support.
Yay

I bought a Hexagon PPsh41 from them and had no problems, had some nice chats on the phone about WW2 airsofting while checking on the order with some of the staff.
BUT I have been to the shop 3 times since 2007 and found their shop floor customer service somewhat erratic.
When taking my AEG's in with a friend to get upgraded we had to sit in a corner for 30 minutes before they even acknowledged our existence. To be fair the nice fellow with facial hair was busy beavering away repairing AEG's in the corner but the other member of staff (I think the owner) was just bantering away, holding court with some sycophants. When he finally diegned to look in our direction I explained we had come a long way (a 3 hour drive) to have our guns repaired he just sneered and said they were always very busy on a Sat. I explained to this guy that the day before I had phoned ahead and told them we were coming at which the point the nice fellow in the corner suddenly jumped to life and to his credit sorted us out quite well with our wants and confirmed that we were indeed expected. At which point the rude bloke ignored us again and turned back to his conversation.
So you see, very GOOD and very BAD customer support all in the same few minutes!
I have had mates buying from here also (AGM Stens) and they too had no problems and got the AEG's very promptly.
