Positive aspects of the product (pros):	Quick Shipping, site is easy to use, you dont have to wait for a quotation like other sites
Negative aspects of the product (cons):

Ive bought my USP compact first from them for about $150 [�76] shipped and received it after 3 days exactly. I have also ordered some accesories for USPc which again, came very quickly and were very reasonably priced and i am now waiting for a VSR-10 G-Spec to arrive. Also, there is no annoying (well annoying to me) 24 hour wait for a quotation, like many other sites.

Their website is not the most attracive one ive ever seen, HOWEVER it is very easy to find what you want on it.

They dont have a huge selection of upgrades like WGC or DenTrinity, but for everything else, they are excellent for.

Overall, i would reconmend ordering from them as i have had nothing but good service from them.

Ive ordered from Cobra several times and Ive never had anything but the best service.

First time I ordered 3 M11 Short mags on a Tuesday...they arrived Thursday.

This set the tone for all my orders. I thought their arrival estimates were over-optimistic, only to be proven wrong time and time again.

One time I ordered some stuff and they phoned me...yes phoned me!...to apologise that the largest part of my order wasnt available right then. They had no problem cancelling my order...I was refunded within the hour.

My latest experience...I ordered on a Thursday at 10pm, my order arrived on the Monday (over �250 worth). To my surprise, they had included 2 very nice Cobra Airsoft baseball caps with the order!

Absolutely top-notch company...the only company I rate higher than eHobby.

Not many HK vendors offer shipping to Croatia by default, and Cobra is no exception. However, one simple e-mail solved this. In fact, in a matter of no more than 2 hours after my initial e-mail, my package was already on its way and I had the tracking number ! This was not a sole case, but was repeated with two later orders.

Their English is excellent and they answer their e-mail promptly.

Packaging is good and there was no problem whatsoever with goods that arrived.

However, my last shipment was rejected by the customs (nothing to do with Cobra store). So I had to return the goods back to the store. Cobraairsoft offered me full refund except shipping charges, no questions asked. What can I say, they are by far the best airsoft store I had the pleasure to deal with (and I bought from several).

Positive aspects of the product (pros):	had item's in stock other website's did not, relatively cheap prices.
Negative aspects of the product (cons):	lots.

website was easy to use, easy to order, went without a hitch until after i placed the order. I had ordered some RIS parts for my m16 and a new metal reciever, and then i started getting emails....
at first they stated that i had purchased an airsoft gun off them, which i hadn't and that they wanted to spray it blaze orange, so i replied to them saying that i hadn't ordered any airsoft gun off them and that everything i had ordered didn't need spraying (I don't even think its their duty to spray it anyway, as they can't get into **** for it)
so i thought i'd cleared up the confusion, but they just seemed to be getting more confused. and then after afew more emails they decided that they had actually lost my order and needed reminding, so i gave them my order number and they seemed to be back on track. a week passes by... no emails, no tracking number, nothing.

So i email them again to find that they still had not shipped my parcel, at which point i got very angry as i'd been waiting 2 weeks for them to put 3 things in a box and send it to me, highly complex obviously.

it turned out there was a problem with my order, something to do with paypal, but it had been resolved immediately by paypal and the money went through straight away anyway. The thing that confused me was that they just sat there not paying any attention to my order, not contacting me about the problems or anything, it took threats of paypal action just to get them in gear and now they have finally sent my package off, but even now i'm waiting on customs to get their act togeather also, so overall a 3-5 day delivery has taken nearly 3 weeks.

so my problems with the retailer were:

communications issues: i had to contact them to find out what was going on more than 10 times, they never contacted me. also replied to every one of my emails right at the end of their working day, so i would send an email and i would only recieve a reply maybe one or two days later.

Confusion: either they got the orders mixed up or they seem to think that accessories need to be sprayed blaze orange in the UK. Also got confused by a paypal problem which was resolved instantly, but it seemed to take them 2 weeks to accept that the problem was resolved and also took some of my convincing too. i would get extremely bad english replies which would not make much sense to me such as "your order has gone bad" etc. and i would only ever get part of the picture portrayed to me so i never knew what was actually going on, i never will.
