My experience with Power Edge USA was excellent.
I was shopping around to place a rather large order and found that Power Edge USA was an excellent option due to their prices and location. Because they are based in the US, I wouldn't have to deal with Customs.
However, two of the parts I needed were out of stock and had been for weeks. I contacted their customer service about their stock. They immediately obtained the parts I needed, which I think is very impressive.
I placed my order on their webiste, but a problem with the system occurred. My card was charged, but the order was not placed and no record of the order was with Power Edge USA.
I was very concerned, but after working with their customer service and my bank, the issue was sorted out quickly and efficiently.
Their customer service responded within twenty four hours each time I emailed them and worked with me, rather than against me (which I have found most customer service departments at other companies do...)
I recieved my order promptly and packaged nicely. I am very satisfied with my order and overall experience with Power Edge USA and will not hesitate to order from them again.
I highly recommend Power Edge USA for all of your airsoft needs.

Poweredge USA has the best prices on TM's than other store in the states.
I purchased a TM Famas F1 for only $185 compared to $215 at Aex.
My order was shipped out the very day i sent the order with a confirmed e-mail and tracking number.
Sad thing is that they're closing down their website.
I plan to vist their storefront this summer.
