I got this recoil rod and spring set along with a Shooters Design spring kit for the USP45.
It replaces the dual spring assembly that KSC chose to replicate in the USP.
My gun has the SD slide fitted and the cycling was sluggish at best. It would often fail to fully return to battery, usually remaining one or two millimetres out.
The King Arms kit consists of a new, smoother recoil spring guide that replaces the old one. You simply tap out the retaining pin at the rear of the assembly and fit it onto the base stud that engages the slide catch. A simpler one-piece spring replaces the dual spring unit once.
Interestingly the newer '05 Mk23s use a similar set-up, the older ones had the dual-spring arrangement like the USP...
I find this kit to be so effective I haven't needed the S.D. set (the only part of that I used was the hammer spring  ).
The USP runs off Green gas at the moment and I'm checking for wear in the dustcover/assembly-pin area just in case, but no problems yet!
A good (and very cheap) buy which improves cycling nicely!
Edit: the slide now tends to hit the frame pretty damned hard so I've replaced this recoil setup with the 150% S.D. dual-spring assembly for the moment. It works fine, the slide probably just needed to be worn-in

Got this from Fire-support and is a great piece of upgrade improves cycle, makes your slide go back faster than the stock, plus i think it did add on the blowback aswell, no cons yet.
