i ordered an L96 awp with scope version from www.gunnerairsoft.com last december, the service was great.
The owner Fung was very helpful and the gun itself arrived in perfect condition.I would definitely recommened them for any purchase.
1.if you order theyll give you a next day qoute via e-mail.
2.if you want to proceed you can pay by paypal...
(they use www.xe.com) for conversion $=£
it can save you some money on the conversion in paypal
3.gun arrives 1-2weeks
they did not send me a track number(they probably dont during that time?),
they do not reply to email usually...
my shipment just arrived,parcel force will hold it till you pay 20£ coz they prepay customs.if u pay u;ll have it nextday.not bad if the gun is quite cheap and full metal.and they say sometimes you dont have to pay customs if dont get hit... but expect please pay.
the paperwork for my shipment was complete as well.
i think theyre real busy nowadays...
ive ordered a g3sg1 on its way this week to surrey... and now they have a tracking number via www.hongkongpost.com

Ok original review is below however after the poor customer service, or lies as they are known, i have had to severly edit the review. please see my posts in the Anyone imported a RIF since October 1st? thread http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=125937
Basically i ordered goods to be sent via TNT
they dallied in terms of posting them.
when chased up they finally posted them. Gave me a tracking number which tuned out to be a TNT package for India......???? . The package was finally resent or actually sent never did get tot he bottom of it. However it arrived in UK via EMS to be picked up by ParcelFarce.
Why so annyoed well i paid extra for TNT i hate Parcel farcel as they charge extra for customs clearence. in total in £15 worse off.
Gunner reaction to this when informed was they never had it recorded it would be sent via TNT????
errrr the fisrt number the gave me was a TNT number.
Basically they get your money send the item in their own time. Then thats it.
Pathetic...
Part 1:
Their prices are excellent and when i got my quote for postage i was not dissapointed it seemed about right (i have ordered from WGC shop in the past and prices are comparable)
so Paypal payment was sent
However
the order placed on 28th Jan and as of 9th Feb
I have not recived an email giving a clear idea on the projected dispatch date.
This is a dissapointment! So, as i have just sent a mail asking for more details, i cannot yet complete this review.
So watch this space with intrest. I may yet have nice things to say..................
Up date friday 16 feb package should be here early next week (i went for cheepo 7 day postal service) fantastic, just looks like they are just v busy at the moment with so many new products.
Ill tell you what the guns are like once they get here

Part 2:
The package finally arrived and was then delayed by parcel force deciding i could not have it delivered until i paid the duty then they would deliver it next day. sigh
Anyway the package was well packed and everything worked perfectly little else to say other than for me, they were the cheepest but i had no idea the wait would be so long for them to ship it. Also that when you ask them whats going on you get no response.
Would i use them again, well maybe depends what they get in stock, how long im willing to wait and the price. But the chinese manufactures are being stocked in other online shops all the time so Gunner better get their act together on the customer service or they will lose out.
