Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Ergonomics (Very Comfortable), High Quality Build,
Cons:
Motor Noise Increase
This is the airsoft version of the Magpul MIAD (Mission Adaptable) Grip. This is an airsoft replica of the real Magpul MIAD grip and does not have all the comfort attachments or storage options. But it is an extremely comfortable and well built grip. It's larger in hand then the stock TM M16 Motor Grip and this problem can be compounded by use of gloves.
The installation was very straightforward and easy. I installed this onto my TM M4 S-System (Still has stock plastic body) and TM M4 R.I.S. with Systema metal body and it had no fitting problems whatsoever. (I've heard from other people the opposite with non TM Metal bodied, non TM Gearboxed Based AEG's)
Motor noise sound is increased and may be a big problem depending on where you play. (i.e. Indoor CQB)

Putting my money where my mouth is...
OMFG The A.I.C.S. is NOT an L96, AWP or AWM!!!
