As some of you might know my AGM broke 
and as they say the true test of a retailer is when things go wrong.
Rsov despite not having been the original retailer was more than happy to help, offering useful advice and sourcing an item that they did not usually stock but which i needed.
In addition to the item i required i also bought their aimpoint replica, at a substantialy lower price than i had previously seen elsewhere.
At every stage of the process i had regular and rapid email confirmation for Keith at RSOV, who was polite and concise.
The lay out of the website is easy to follow pricing is clear (and cheap) there is a good range of products there as well.
The only down side is that the site does take a while to load.
As i mentioned before Keith sourced a part i needed even though it was not listed on his site (which is more than some other retailers tried when presented with the same problem).
In actual fact I regret not gettiong my M14 from RSOV instead of Gunner simply form the professional manner in which Keith delt with my querries and purchase.
