Positive aspects of the product (pros):	Compact and easy to use, clear instructions. Very tasty.
Cons:	None

The product is contained in a cardboard box approx 7"x6"x2" which has a picture on it of the meal in question. It also states that the product contains no MSG. The reverse of the packaging lists nutritional information and also the instructions for use.

Upon opening, the box (which needs to be retained) contains the following items:

1 x 300g Meal Pouch (labelled E in photo)
This is identical to the UK military ration pack meal pouch.

1 x FRH (Flameless Ration Heater)(Item B)
Unlike the US versions, this FRH contains no magnesium and does not smell during the heating process. It is large enough to accept UK Ration Pouches.

1 x 45ml Heater Solution (Item C)
This looks like a small water ration but is clearly labelled do not drink (Contains 0.1% Bleach)

1 x Cutlery Pack (Item D)
Contains a plastic KFS set, paper napkin and Salt and Pepper sachets.

1 x Styrofoam Tray (Item F)
This can be used or food can be eaten direct from the meal pouch depending on how you feel/weather conditions.

To use, tear the heater pouch open at the very top.
Place the unopened meal pouch in the heater pouch so that it rests on top of the heater pad.
Open the sachet of heater solution and add to the pouch.
Place the meal pouch and heater into the tray so that the meal pouch is on top of the heater pad.
Fold the open end of the heater pouch over the top and shake a couple of times.
Place tray, meal and heater into the box and leave for 12 minutes.
Remove tray from box, open heater pouch at the lower tear off point and remove meal pouch.
Open and then either eat direct from pouch or pour into tray.

Once the meal is complete all the waste can be put in the box for orderly disposal at a later time.

The meal itself was piping hot on removal from the heater (unlike the Hotcan type which never seem to heat up past lukewarm). The curry was a mild/medium strength but very tasty with large chunks of chicken and vegetables.

As an afterthought I decided to see how long the heater pack retained a useful amount of heat (free hand warmer for cold days) and found it still warm to the touch 30 minutes after the oooking process was complete.

Overall, I would say that this would be a good buy. This one was given to me by Steve from Master Chiefs and the price quoted is the individual cost based on their 6 pack price (�29.28+postage). There are 7 different meals, including 2 vegetarian options and customers can order any combination of meals they require.
