Pros: Strong Cordura, Tons of MOLLE, Form Fitting, Accepts Plates, Quck Release
Cons: Velcro may be a bit annoying to some, Difficult to hold weapon,

What I wanted:
I was looking for a vest that looked good, had lots of MOLLE, and was comfortable. It was down to the Phantom CIRAS and RAV. The RAV is known for being used by the US NAVY SEALs and were very popular. Many people I knew would trust their life with the RAV. Besides the fact that the Phantom CIRASs were disappearing (Copyright with Eagle?) I went with the RAV. I basically everything about the RAV, even the Paraclete style pouches Phantom produces to go with the RAV.

First Impressions:
I got the package from Redwolf in less than 5 days after ordering. I ripped open the box and tossed everything else I ordered on the ground and pulled out the vest. It was in a vacuum packed bag and I pulled out my knife and cut it open. Having no prior experiance with plate carries (Only TAC Vests) I was confused on how to put it on, so it took me about 5 minutes to learn how to. When I got it on it felt really tight. I started experimenting with the velcro and the levels of tightness and it felt incredibly comfortable. You can either have it anywhere between tight and snug to loose and airy. The snugness comes from the cumberbun and it feels like someone is giving you a big hug. Overall I think this is one of the nicest feeling (And looking) vests out there. 9/10

Pros:
-Strong Cordura: This vest feels like it could absorb the impact of a cinderblock.
-Tons of MOLLE: Any molle pouch will fit.
-Form Fitting: Cumberbun "Hugs" you and velcro fastens it nicely.
-Accepts Plates: Comes with flimsly foam inserts but can take an armor plate to give it shape.
-Quck Release: Haven't tried it yet since I don't know how to use it yet. (Real Steel Paracletes version falls into 5 parts)
Pouches: Both Paraclete and Phantom make pouches exclusively for the RAV which look very nice on it. (I'll update once my order of Paraclete pouches come in)

Cons:
Velcro: There's A LOT of velcro, might be annyoing to some because basically everything is fastened with velcro.
Holding a Weapon: It's kind of hard since if you want to shoulder it you either have to hold it on your chest (Awkward) or on the tip of your shoulder. (Awkward) This might be just me because I'm holding an AUG which has a huge buttstock.

After Action Report:
Coming Soon.

Argh! The day after redwolf shipped my RAV they lowered the price from ₤50(€73/$99) to ₤45(€65/$89)!
